Topic: Italian Niche

I am obsessed with Italy, just love it.  Can anyone recommend some Italian perfume houses?  I've seen some on LuckyScent but I want more!  And they need to be accessible in the US (meaning I need to be able to get my hands on a bottle!  Some European companies only ship within Europe and don't have websites with English), and hopefully I can get samples somewhere....

I know of these houses already and I'm looking for others.

is the most known of this Perfumer, but there many others, amongst them Dilmun and Garofano.

There is a sample program at

www.theperfumeshoppe.com in Canada

I used them - they are reliable and prompt.  I live in the U.S.A. - and the samples were shipped from their branch in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Re: Italian Niche

http://fimgs.net/images/perfume/m.3890.jpg  Profumum Roma Dulcis in Fundo this line is great, the perfumes come in a very high concentration so they are super longlasting with great sillage, it`s a pity that they are sooo expensive!!

Dulcis in Fundo is my absolute favourite so far but I haven`t tested them all. You can find the line on Luckyscent.

Re: Italian Niche

This particular scent by Omnia is gorgeoushttp://fimgs.net/images/perfume/m.14683.jpg Omnia Profumo Cristallo di Rocca but luckyscent has no plans of carrying it (I wrote them and asked if they would). So I wrote Omnia and they told me to buy it through this website www.annaturci.com    I've not ordered it. I wish I could tell you were to even get a sample of it, but I cannot. I happened to win some samples from Fragrantica and this was one of them...

Re: Italian Niche

Awesome, I've read all of your remarks, they are all really fabulous suggestions, better than I expected!  There are way more houses than I thought, and I really appreciate your mentioning specific fragrances that you like.

Re: Italian Niche

hmm.. i ordered from bayperfumes.com, but i would NOT recommend that site to anyone! i paid for next day shipping... got my perfumes 2 weeks later. no refunded postage. and they diddnt even have a business phone. it was a bitchy lady's cellphone she finally answered after i called her for days, and then finally got up at 6am & rang her nonstop. i thought i was going to get ripped off! there were other sites that members has mentioned as reliable, but this one was cheaper, and had two perfumes i wanted. should have listened to everyone.

Hi, sweetnspicey-

I like to order decants from Posh Peasant- she has items from I Profumi di Firenze (Violetta di Bosco is highly recommended if you love violets!)- also Acqua di Parma, Parfums di Niccolai, Lorenzo Villerosi, Parfums Generale, and other Italian houses that I'm not remembering at the moment-

Awesome, reliable service!

Buona sera!
