scents by horoscope signs? (Page 1 of 3)

For gemini I think... I think I'd have to go with Thierry Mugler Angel. Not necessarily because we are Angels lol but it is very strong and dimensional. Every time I wear it, I never know which fruit I'm going to get. Although sweet as the chocolate notes, we also are very stubborn like patchouli and as random as the fruit. Overall, I think this one is perfect for us.

lol thank you! Besides being extremely analytical of myself, my boyfriend is ALSO a gemini! I almost broke up with him the second I found out, as I didn't realize at first because his birthday is the second day of the beginning for our sign. Sometimes our stubbornness comes close to destroying us, but luckily our passion is equally strong so it just takes a little extra effort sometimes.

  Juliette Has A Gun Midnight Oud Scorpio - I like intense perfumes. As much as I love to sample (or even to buy) some fruity- vannila- watery- citrus perfumes I always come back to the sharp-woody- chypry-incense ones.

I am Sagittarius

I love a LOT of scents. I havent decided which group is my favourite, but I prefer aldehyds, vanilla-gourmand, fruity and floral scents. As you can see, I am open to every single scent that smells good. This one would decribe me the best:

I'm a Libra/Scorpio(Libra, but right on the cusp, and with a lot of Scorpio and Leo in my chart)...and I like pretty, sexy oriental florals for the most part(starting to like more refreshing, citrus scents, too, these days), but always have a soft spot for the stronger, spicier scents(love cinnamon, sandalwood ).

I'm Pisces as well. And I do not like aquatics :p

I do like the salt in Thierry Mugler Womanity , but that's about as "aquatic" as I'll ever get. I don't like light scents, no waterlilies for me. I like heavy, spicy, woody, amber and earthy fragrances. One would not say I have a "watersign".

But I think Pisces is more about creativity, magic and mystery. At least, that's what I remember having read. Anyway, I hardly think the way the earth turns and which position it stood in on the day of my birth has any influence on my personality.

But that is, of course, only my opinion and I do think this is a fun tread

It is REALLY hard to pick favorites.  It's actually a little easier to classify by labels than olfactory groups. I tend to like perfumes that are on the subtle side, I prefer light to heavy. I dislike most patchouli/earthy scents, if it's described as sultry, sexy, dark or mysterious I usually won't like it. Playful, delicate and inoffensive, on the other hand, tend to work for me, and so does natural, comforting or gourmand/foody.

I don't really know how an Aquarius would approach perfumes, maybe as an experiment or a project.  Cancer seems like it would seek comfort or positive associations.

pisces here also 3/3. i am definitely a water baby.. love watery scents, love the ocean and swimming. i always have to live near water. i couldn't live anywhere that the ocean is not close to me.
