The closest is Sycomore itself. It is titled for Women but widely considered unisex as it's floral and powdery aspects are well within the range of acceptability. On the right person and in the right circumstances it is downright male. Chanel's website sell a 2.5oz for $110 or a 6.8oz (!!!!) for $220. Start with a $10.00 sample vial and see if you have the airs about you to pull it off. Good luck.
I love Sycomore. Definitely unisex leaning towards masculine. Smoky tobacco vetiver. Stunning!
Comparisons have been made with
Lalique Encre Noire
But Sycomore edges it.
Sycomore is more masculine than Encre Noire if you ask me.

Sycomore is the best vetiver out there in my opinion. Sycomore has a creamy richness combined with dry vetiver, smoke and much more. Encre Noire is a beautiful scent, but definitely not better than Syomore.
Thanks all.. @anonymouse, where can i get a sample ?
Chanel Les Exclusifs de Chanel Sycomore --smokey vetiver
Lalique Encre Noire --bone dry vetiver
You wouldn't go wrong with either one.

Lalique Encre Noire is affordable masterpiece, however
Chanel Les Exclusifs de Chanel Sycomore
takes the game to the next level and it is the baseline vetiver queen.
If you want a great scent based on Chanel's Sycomore....then you should go with the one and only,
Chanel Les Exclusifs de Chanel Sycomore
Apparently Encre Noire. Haven't tried Sycomore myself but I love the Noire!
I agree that the closest (not the same, closest) masculine targeted one to Sycomore would be Encre Noire by Lalique; test both on your skin if you don't want/cannot wear Chanel by some reason, or have it already and looking for a wonderful vetiver in addition.

I have both, they are both good on my skin... Can't decide actually. They're tie. They're simply amazing. If you go for the price, Encre Noir is way cheaper.
But if you were to ask me which for me is the best vetiver (off topic):
Montale red vet. I love it ...
I have had both and I think
Lalique Encre Noire is your best substitute for the Dior.
