Topic: Has anyone tried Une Voix Noire yet?

It's finally available at the online shop and as a Lutens, gardenia &Billie Holiday fan I had decided to blind-buy it. I just found out that it has rum&tobacco notes and it suddenly sounds less appealing. Tobacco is a tricky one on me (dislike Chergui,love Habanita). If you have tried UVN, please share your impressions. What are the actual notes?  29

I haven't tried it, but I'm dying to, along with SL and gardenia fans throughout the perfume community.  Even if you end up hating it, you will have no problem swapping/selling it, so don't worry.  glad

I`m blind buying it because 1. I`m also a fan + tobacco and rum usually goes well with me. Will take a couple of weeks before it`s in my house though  smile

According to my twisted logic it makes more sense to pay for 2 bottles and get complimentary shipping than buy one and pay 20e for shipping... roll

I bought mine the other day before the price went up to 130 Euros. tummenupp

I bought it based on the wax sample and I'm glad I went with my instincts. I love it to bits.

It is dark, dreamy, lush and naughty. It instantly reminded me of Jardenia, but without the pungent blue cheese note, and there's a fruitiness to it as well... perhaps plum?
