What is your favorite yankee candle smell, and from waht notes it is combined, I am not sure which scent to buy, and what to buy a candle votive or a room freshner, by the way I live and in Europe and I never smelled a yankee candle
PerfumesIt is almost impossible to go wrong with Yankee candles - they are just that good! I prefer the 'warm' scents like sandalwood and amber,but after visiting their factory in South Deerfield Mass. I fell in love with all of them! Their botanicals like sage are also very beautiful.
PerfumesCOCONUT BAY- wind-swept palms and coconut milk.
SPICED PUMPKIN - pumpkins
baked, clove, nutmeg, and cinnamon, and brown sugar.
CHERRY LEMONADE - cherries and just-squeezed lemons
BUTTERCREAM - fresh churned butter, confectioner's sugar, and vanilla bean.
VINEYARD - ripe and sweet grapes
These all smell awesome! My favorites.

island spa- very fresh citrus and fruit
macintosh apple- tart country apples
lemon chiffon- creamy lemon

I'm sorry for the off topic, but I'm crazy to test and get some Yankee candles! Do you think it would be risky buying it at eBay?
PinkyStuff: I am buying it from ebay too, some may be fake, if you want to be sure buy them from amazon resellers
Are they smelling only when they are burning, or still can be felt, and should I close the jars when not using them

PerfumesI LOOOVVVVEEE Lavender Lemon!!! Fresh, relaxing beautiful it's my favorite! I also received the Creme Brulee from my mother in law and it's great too...Just as another poster mentioned, you cant go wrong with a Yankee candle. There's another one I really like but can't remember it's name but it's got Balsam in the title, very festive and Christmas-y.
so far I haven't met candles that release smell with burning, so for those that own yankee candle, are they release smell when burning and not burning also compared with other candles
Oh, yes, Yankee candles release a LOT of scent when burning! I cut the votive size candles in half and melt them in a "tart burner" with an unscented tea light candle (they come in a little metal "cup") underneath. You can buy the "tarts" but cutting the votives is more economical.
My favorite Yankee fragrance is Sun and Sand, which is like Beach Walk but with more sun tanning lotion smell.
PerfumesFluffy Towels - Just as it sounds, smells like fluffy clean towels. Loooooooove!
I use to like this candle fragrance called "Autumn Lodge" It smells like pipe tobacco and a lot like Tom Ford Tobacco Vanille. They of coarse disscontinued it.
Any one ever try Root Candles, they are really nice candles and they burn better.
Perfumes"French Vanilla" is the best!
But the vanilla scented candles in glass jars from IKEA are just as good. Smells very strong, even when they are not lit!

Other candle favorites: Gold Canyon Candles....you have to find a independent consultant. They are heavily scented and burn nicely. They are far superior to other 'candle party' candles, in my opinion.
I ask for one of these every year for Christmas. It is absolutely awesome.
