Forget-me-not is a darling little blue flower, which I love!
Tulips in springtime
Pink Quill ..another bromelia:
I have a picture of this flower from the greenhouse gardens at the Biltmore Estate here in my home state of North Carolina, USA and I did not know what it was called! Thanks so much for posting this picture, I'm glad I found the name of it! Very interesting flower!

Botanical Name: Rosa 'BAInce'
Common Name: Sweet Fragrance Rose by Easy Elegance®
Hybrid tea-shaped buds in tropical tints of coral and orange with a deep yellow base swirl open to full, sweetly fragrant, apricot blossoms. Each bloom matures to salmon-pink adding interest with the range of color. To be honest, I am not a fan of rose scents in general, but this rose is not your average rose! Someone should really make a fragrance that features this beautiful scent. It is sweet, fruity, and fresh and I have no idea how to put it into words, but it's amazing! I have 2 of these rose bushes outside my front door and aside from having an amazing scent they are so beautiful. If you ever have a chance to smell one, please do so. If not, visit http://www.easyelegancerose.com/rosecol … ption/4207 to view some images of this beautiful rose.
I also love many other flowers, a few include: lily of the valley, cherry blossoms, orange blossoms, apple blossoms, lilacs, and honeysuckle to name a few.
Isn't it amazing the natural beauty we are blessed with everyday!
I find I'm not too picky with flowers as you can see below I love many.

havent read all of these posts so hope im not repeating, but i want to put in a vote for one of my favourite flowers for fragrance- i feel it's often overlooked as it only has small white flowers that open at night, but the smell...

night phlox, also known as midnight candy (mainly in the USA i believe?) smells lovely. almondy and i find it kind of fizzy too. i think you have to get right in to smell it but it's so worth it
My favs are any kind of peonies!
Lovely thread! Love flowers, some for scent, some for their beauty.... It's great to see different flowers from other countries too... My favourites...
Night scented stocks
Wild flowers too,
I love jasmine, gardenia, orange blossom and tuberose.
My god the Anthurium and bromeliad photos, I grow those as houseplants. I adore tropicals !
I am insane about my Ginger Lilies and Wild Honeysuckles.
Angel Trumpets. Deadly but beautiful. I believe your purple trumpets are Datura
nightblooming cereus (peniocereus gregii)
beavertail cactus and flowers
most cacti and their flowers/blooms
I forget what these are called. Purple trumpet flowers?
this kind of calla lily
sun star flower
I love gardenias most. They are as beautiful as a rose and smell even better. I wear them behind my ear so I can smell it all day.
Stargazer and Casablanca lilies. Every July the smell of these in my yard are just intoxicating.
At the moment I have a ton of Honysuckle blooming. Gorgeous smell (too bad its basically a weed though and growing everywhere)
I also have Thyme blooming. Thyme blooms are lemon scented with a bit of an herbal kick, they smell fantastic.
My favourites are lilacs, tulips, peonies and oriental lilies. I am currently living in a flat so no chance of having my dream garden here. My mum just brought me a huge bunch of pink peonies and some tiger lilies from her garden. The smell is quite soft but they look amazing! Had a bit shitty morning but cant help smiling now:) I would love to grow gardenias but I think the climate might be a bit harsh up here...
Roses ( especially Old Garden roses)
Another rare flower to me..this one from the US: Calochortus Tolmiei:
Oh mine!! This flower is amazing, I love love love it! Thank you for posting it. I would love it in my garden
