Topic: Fresh scents for class?

Hello there superglad Can anyone please suggest me some perfumes which I can wear daily to class? Basically, it has to be fresh, clean, and invigorating like that of newly cut grass (not literally but you get the point). It has to be rather light and long lasting. Something which makes a person appear put together and preppy-ish (for the lack of better words).

However, some of those scents may smell too citrus-y and remind me of air fresheners and detergents...any recommendations?

Thierry Mugler Womanity Don't let the notes psych you out, try it! I can't imagine anywhere I wouldn't be able to wear it and it's lovely!

Neither of these are "green grass" scents but they're clean and fresh in their own way!

Parfums de Nicolaï Le Temps d'une Fête

might be just what you're looking for. It's beautiful, fresh and very natural smelling ...it's also quite long lasting for this type of "light" fragrance.

Gucci Envy

is another fragrance that I like to recommend for fresh and green without any harsh or sharp detergent notes. It has good staying power, too.

Annick Goutal Eau de Camille

is also quite beautiful, green and grassy ...very fresh and natural, but it's not quite as tenacious as I'd like.

and

Annick Goutal Petite Cherie

for actual grassy notes, plus a juicy and slightly sweet pear note that makes this so special. It's not a "frooty-tooty" sort of pear, but soft, fresh and natural ...so very lovely.

I would go with Dolce&Gabbana D&G Light Blue , it's fresh and clean and very long-lasting. Or you can try Jessica Simpson I Fancy You , it's another "clean" scent, but I don't find it as long-lasting. Guess Guess for Women smells like fresh laundry (in a good way) and it would be good for class without offending anybody. Hope this helps! glad

Not really like fresh cut grass, but fresh nonetheless with a sweet drydown.

Kenzo L'Eau par Kenzo is fresh, crisp, polite and long-lasting

Burberry Burberry Brit is sweeter and creamier rather than fresh and grassy, but definitely preppy, also long-lasting

hi! for something light and fresh, try the Zents line. they sell a box of 10 samples to try them all out before you commit to one. you might like this one Zents Fresh or this one Zents Water

Juicy Couture Peace, Love and Juicy Couture, the reviews on here aren't great, but I like it. Jessica Simpson I Fancy You, very light and lovely. Elizabeth Arden Pretty, just like the name says. Clinique Clinique Happy, enough floral so it is not housecleaning liquid, I really love it. Elizabeth Arden Green Tea or any of the flankers, light, sweet and pretty. Dolce&Gabbana Light Blue Dreaming in Portofino, perfect for summer. Also the Big Pony line by Ralph Lauren fits the bill nicely.
