I had tried so many until I discovered this:

It is Yves Rochere Luminelle eyeliner and it is my only positive encounter with YR so far. Lasts all day on me and is really cheap too.

But I normally wear gel liner (MAC Fluidline in Blacktrack)

+1 on the Revlon Colorstay. It's the best pencil I've used.
