Topic: Mustard: Yay or keep it on the hot dog?

56 I'm curious as they have tried to introduce this during the autumn/winter season here but they tried to incorporate it into the 40's and 50's look. It hasnt gone too well, it kinda peeked its head in the door and shyed away in terms of trend I'm thinking maybe it could have worked?? ......maybe i don't know  dumbom Yeth its already been done but could it be done again??

I wear it during "fall", it looks amazing when I'm tan with my auburn hair. I do it in small doses though.

Oh yes definitely! My rule for Fall/Autumn is if it looks like the fallen leaves its an autumn colour and too much mustard on the hotdog ruins the taste.

I like it on these ladies, the warm complexion helps pull it off I think. Not sure if it would look this nice on a "cold" person.

I suppose as with any strong colour, it has to match your skintone and just keep it down to a single item.  Being paired with neutral/natural tones also works best IMO.  I like it in the photo's you have posted.  74

If you have the coloring to pull if off, it looks very nice.  And it is definitely a good color for fall/winter - it kind of "warms" things up.

Yellow and black are the colors of street signs . It grabs your eyes and attention. If the mustard was combined with colors other than black it be less jarring . Notice how much softer it looks with the grey jacket in one of the pictures.

Mustard is a great color! If it doesn't flatter your skin tone, wear it on the bottom instead of the top.

Mustard looks good on me. It's a nice fall/winter color for a redhead.  I don't particularly care for dark or muted colors but I'll wear them when seasonally appropriate.

I like it, especially the 2nd and 3rd photos. I don`t wear anything mustard myself because I have a very fair complexion so I doubt I could pull off the look.

I think the mustard really works well with the black lace skirt shown in picture 3. It is bold and makes a powerful statement!

I think it's a great colour but mainly for warm complexions. My daughters wear it a lot and they look lovely in any type of yellow, so it's a big yes for me.

I've seen it a lot lately in clothes and it makes women look happy and smilling, it's a happy colour.
