Longevity and Cohesiveness of Natural Perfumes

Hello! I have created a new natural perfume that I adore when it has just been applied, but after 10 minutes the top notes have gone, the middle notes are waning, leaving only the tenacious base notes.

Does anyone have suggestions for keeping natural perfumes cohesive for a longer period of time?

I have tried adjusting the ratios until the cows come home without much success. But, the current formula is at base notes: 42%; heart notes: 25%; top notes: 33%
