Excelsis perfumes and colognes

Excelsis is an American indie perfume house from California founded by Frederick Hass. His first perfume was The Pope's Cologne, based on the recipe used by Pope Pie IX (1792 - 1878), printed in an old cook book.

Excelsis is a new fragrance brand. Designer Excelsis has 2 perfumes in our fragrance base all launched in 2011. The nose who worked on Excelsis fragrances is Frederick Hass.
