Frances Denney perfumes and colognes

Frances Denney was founded by Frances Denney, who emigrates from Dublin to the USA in the late 1800's. She opened the first Cosmetic House in America (in Philadelphia) in 1987. The Stephan Co acquired the company in 1993.
