After fruity Incantos in the previous years, the house now presents a fresh, light, floral Incanto Bloom. The composition opens with a crisp, yet delicate note of grapefruit flower, distilled from fresh blossoms. Freesia warms it with its sensual touch and together they introduce Her majesty Tea Rose, which is as fresh as if it were inhaled from a genuine flower. The magic belongs to the modern head space method of recreation of natural scents, and of course to the wonderful Sophie Labbe, who used it masterfully. The perfumer united rose with Champaca flower. Light and pleasant base notes of Cashmere wood and musk give the impression of softness and warmness of the skin.

Incanto Bloom is the first fragrance in the Incanto Cult Collection. The bottle is adorned with one of the most characteristic symbols of the Ferragamo brand - the Vara bow. Designer of the flacon is renowed Sylvie de France.

A lighter version of last year's edition, Idole d`Armani EDT can be expected on the market at the beginning of March 2010. The opulent, floral composition of the original perfume has been refreshed with luminous, citrusy notes.

Idole d`Armani EDT opens with accentuated accords of bitter orange, with softened ginger and davana, while leaving a fresh and tart impression in the very beginning. A heart changed Egyptian jasmine for green note of jasmine which adds shine and airiness to the composition. A mystical and balmy base of styrax and patchouli has been softened and reduced to clear accords of amber.

The flacon has the same shape as the EDP version introduced last year and it was created of glass and crowned with a metal cap.

* Frangipanni was a name of a mid 19th century Italian marquess who invented the method to perfume gloves.

The Frangipanni gloves were soft suede gloves and became very popular among aristocrats in Victorian times. They were scented with a blend of various spices, flowers and roots (orris, jasmine among others).

It was only later on that the flower with the same scent (Plumeria alba) was discovered in the South America by Franciscan traveller Charles Plumier.

The house of Donna Karan is launching a new fragrance named PureDKNY, which tries to connect people and nature they life in. The perfume offers pure moments of enjoyment and relaxation.

The perfume focuses on a single ingredient, which is the key to the whole composition – Ugandan vanilla. The project around this fragrance was designed and triggered in cooperation with CARE, which sources this unique, creamy sort of vanilla. The company's CEO stated:“CARE is excited to partner with PureDKNY on an initiative that will support women in Uganda, while also educating U.S. consumers about the important role women play in breaking the cycle of global poverty”. The project with DKNY is the latest achievement of the company and it will enable Ugandan women to work, educate and provide for their families.

The fragrance opens with Ugandan vanilla, dewdrop floral petals, lotus and Bulgarian rose. A heart beats in rhythm of exotic flowers - jasmine, freesia and orchid, while a base finishes the pure composition with white amber, sandalwood and vanilla in water.

An interesting fact is that package of PureDKNY is also environmentally-friendly. The glass of its flacon is 100 percent recyclable; its outer carton is made of carton and paper which decompose easily. You will be able to purchase the fragrance in three sizes: 30, 50 and 100 ml EDP, along with gentle body butter.
