Favorite groups: Soft Oriental Vanillas and Oriental Florals... no sillage monsters for me! I prefer cozy, romantic scents that stay close to the skin. During the summer, I love a fun fruity floral or even a crisp citrus aromatic. My favorite notes are vanilla, violet, rose, iris, cranberry, clean musks, sandalwood, amber, and bergamot.

Not for me: Chypres, Aldehydes, Leather, heavy Patchouli, Civet, and I'm finding that White Florals give me a headache. It's funny how as a teenager in the 80's, I wore the "big" scents of that era but I could never tolerate them today. Did I really wear Ysatis??? Yes, everyday when I was 15 or 16. Now I'm 40 and wearing Jessica Simpson... go figure!
