Miyabi Man and Miyabi Woman make a new fragrant pair of the Annayake collection and they will be available from December 2009. Their compositions are blended perfectly, in a simple but elegant way. The fragrances have the same name, which means "to follow elegance and tradition" in Japanese.
She is sophisticated and refined,
In ivory and gold,
Gentle and gracious…
He is simple and strong,
In black and silver,
Radiant with tranquility and safety…

Elegant notes of Miyabi Woman bring floral waves with a veil of sensuality. The top notes offer a juicy and velvety peach scent, while the heart is floral and incorporates white freesia and sunflower which suggest the softness and gentleness of the ingredients. The base is created of sandalwood, tonka, amber and white musk, as an unforgettable experience for all the senses. Milky, warm and tasty nuances remind us of a vanilla scent which clings to the skin as comfortably as a dress on a woman, accentuating her elegance and grace.
Fragrance for men Miyabi Man has an aura of steady masculinity and special charisma which accentuates strength and power, without the influence of fashion trends. The top of the composition introduces citruses and red orange aromas. The fruity explosion of the beginning is softened with anise notes. The heart includes cardamom, cloves, nutmeg, violet leaves, which leave an impression of elegance and charm. Accords of woody notes of sandalwood intertwine with tasty vanilla. Base accords feature tonka and musk, as one step farther from milky sensuality…
The flacon design followsthe tradition of minimalism, sophistication and cleanliness and offers the ultimate balance of curvy and straight lines. The modern interpretation of a brush and ink alludes to traditional calligraphy art and Japanese identity. The flacons were designed by Thierry de Baschmakoff. A quantity of 100 ml costs 74,90 EUR (fragrance for men) and 79 EUR (version for women). (cosmoty.de ; photo:flex)
I used to have this perfume (woman), it reminded me a bit of Armani Code, of skin smell and lazyiness in bedsheets. I tested it in iwnter and was in love, but after a hearbreak I couldn't use it anymore, as I had too many feelings bound to this smell.
