This year Nina Ricci L'Air du Temps celebrates 60 years since launching the first edition. In honor of the first edition, the new fragrance is named L`Air du Temps Couture Edition. According to the company source, this edition is a selective high quality fragrance.

The bottle has the same shape like the first edition, L'Air du Temps, and the design is inspired by a gown created by the fashion director of Nina Ricci house – Olivier Theyskens. Only this time the bottle is in yellow-green nuances with feathers tied to the bottom with satin ribbon. The first bottle was created by Lalique after the WWII, in 1948, and the top is made in a form of two doves as symbols of peace.

The outer box is white with Damask Print. The front side of the box is transparent and the whole bottle is visible. This limited edition fragrance will be available as 50ml (1.7 fl.oz.) EDT, at the price of US$47.

The fragrance captured in this gorgeous bottle has the same composition like the first edition, L'Air du Temps, which enchants with its fine feminine floral accords for years. It opens with notes of bergamot, rosewood, carnation, rose, peach and neroli in the top. The heart brings a bouquet created of jasmine, violet, iris root, ylang-ylang, gardenia, carnation, rosemary, orchid and cloves. The base introduces cedar, sandalwood, musk, amber, iris, vetiver, benzoin, moss and spices.

Beside this, there were more editions and reissues of the original L'Air du Temps – Love Fills L`Air du Temps (2004), L'Air du Temps Colombes Couleur (2006), L'Eau du Temps (2007).
