Art & Fragrance Bought Lalique

Swiss company Art & Fragrances has recently announced acquirement of luxury goods company Lalique S.A. from Pochet Group.

The 44 million worth acquisition will enable Art & Fragrance, which already is in a possession of Grès, Jaguar and Alain Delon, to strengthen its position and expand its activities in the field of luxury fragrances production.

The group has emphasized that thanks to launch of several successful fragrances over the past few years, Lalique Fragrances has increased its sale for almost 15% in 2007.
