Blauer Enzian or Blue Gentian by Bergduft

A niche perfume house from Switzerland with the beautiful name Mountain scents (Bergduft) introduces its third fragrance, Blauer Enzian or Blue Gentian. Blauer Enzian is a refreshing composition with a pure green dewy heart, that evokes the freshness of a bubbling mountain Spring. The composition opens with fresh fruity notes, dewy green notes in the heart are combined with fruity floral nuances of osmanthus. A subtle powdery note of sandalwood leaves a comforting woody trail.



Brigitte Witschi founded her brand in 2007 with the idea to capture the "real" scent of Switzerland. Her first fragrance is named after the unofficial symbol of Switzerland - a small white mountain flower edelweiss. The second perfume, Alpine Rose, was introduced in 2008.

All fragrances are IFRA tested and made with 30% natural essences. You can purchase fragrances and cute fragrant sachets from the official web site of Bergduft. The price is CHF 80.

i cn't wait jeca.... gentian is not often used in perfumery, as it very bitter. I do love jCE's gentian blanche
