Clara Molloy is ambitious 35 years old woman, a book publisher. Inspired by her own travels and memories of aromas experienced on her trips, she opened a fragrance boutique in Paris. The fragrance collection is named Memo after her memories collected from various parts of the world. As Carla says, she has tones of materials from her travels and those materials are her endless inspiration: Metro tickets, historical books, travel diaries...

The Memo boutique is located at Rue des Saint Pères in Paris, and is designed in a way to evoke memories and childhood.

The fragrance collection includes four fragrances designed by Aliénor Massenet of IFF. Inlé is the fragrance that reminds her of the lake Inlé, and it features notes of bergamot, osmanthus, iris, artemisia, mint, spices, musk and cedarwood accords. Lalibela brings memories of Lalibela town in Ethiopia. It awakens all senses with aromas of coconut, orchid, peony, jasmine, patchouli, citruses, vanilla, tobacco, frankincense absolute and woodsy accords.

Siwa is devoted to Siwa Oasis in the Egyptian desert and it overwhelms with powdery notes of cinnamon, aldehydes, popcorns, musk, narcissus, vanilla absolute and whisky. The fourth fragrance in the collection is Sundance, the fragrance created in honor of the film festival in Utah. This fragrance brings notes of tuberose, pear, bergamot, lemon Tiare flower, pimento, iris, sandalwood, Tonka and musk. All the fragrances come as 50ml (1.7 fl.oz.) EDP at the price of €80 or US$118.

Besides the four fragrances, the collection includes scented sprays, bath products collections, scented candles, etc. All the products can be purchased at MEMO web site and in Harvey Nichols Knightsbridge store in London.

Apart from fragrances, Clara Molloy remains in her publishing business and for December 2008 in cooperation with Carine Soyer she is preparing issuance of an interesting book titled "22 Perfumers, a Creative Process" which will comprise interviews with renowned creators including Jean Paul Gaultier, Jacques Cavallier and Jacques Polge.
