Coco Chanel Coins

In honour of 125th anniversary of famous Gabrielle - Coco Chanel's birth, 5€ coins have been presented and they can be purchased from the beginning of 2009.

The golden coins with Coco's profile with a characteristic little hat and pearls around her neck, decorated with a row of pearls around brink of the coin have been created and signed by Karl Lagerfeld. This edition can be purchased for a price of 345€. The golden edition is available in amount of 500 pieces.

Two other coins have been introduced: the silver one can be found for 325€ (available in 500 pieces) and the metal one, available in 10 000 pieces for 45€, of the same design.
