Emporio Armani Fragrance 10th Anniversary Celebration

In honor of the 10th anniversary of Emporio Armani fragrance Armani is launching two celebration editions, fragrance duo Emporio Armani For Her and Emporio Armani For Him. Those editions will be introduced in May 2008. But this is not all; Armani prepares a contest for Emporio fragrances lovers which will start in March 2008.

Emporio Armani For Her 2008. features notes of mouthwatering pear, pineapple, mandarin, and bergamot, united with floral bouquet composed of heliotrope, violet, iris and jasmine in the heart, wrapped in vanilla, cedar and musk in the base. The fragrance is oriental, very modern, with accentuated heliotrope note.

Emporio Armani For Him 2008. brings notes of sweetly fresh citruses and bergamot in the top, with clear accords of vetiver in the heart, followed by yuzu, sage and cardamom. The base reveals cedar, sandalwood, Tonka beans and musk. It is a woody-aromatic fragrance with accentuated vetiver note.

Both fragrances will be available from May 2008 and both in 50ml (1.7 fl.oz.) bottles.

The contest will be open for all Emporio Armani fans starting with March 2008. It is intended to enhance interaction between the Armani site visitors, fragrance lovers, and the management of the house. The emphasis will be on creativity. All members of Emporio Armani official web site will be able to send their ideas for video ads or posters for any of the Emporio Armani fragrances.

The web site visitors will be able to see the contest materials and vote for them and the top 10 will be reviewed by a jury with Giorgio Armani as a member of the jury.

The winner of the best video ad will be rewarded with €10.000, while the winner with the best poster will win €5.000. Other participants will be rewarded with many other luxury rewards.
