"Every woman has the right to be a princess!" is the motto under which Her Royal Highness Princess Jelisaveta Karađorđević presented her first fragrance in 2002.

Princess Jelisaveta is a woman with immense energy and always present bright smile on her face. She is a woman that has set up a goal to, besides the business that she started, make efforts to improve the image of her country through her work, and thus she step by step but with certainty presents Serbia in its best light.

Princess Jelisaveta is sending all over the world, together with her positive energy, the fragrant notes in form of her for now two fragrances, captured in elegant bottles. Fragrances E and Jelisaveta are her contribution to the world in good vibrations and happiness that are the constant companions to always elegant and smiling Princess Jelisaveta Karađorđević.
This energetic and versatile woman has founded a charity foundation The Fleur de Lys, a branch of the Order of Fleur de Lys. Jun 18. in Zug (Switzerland) HRH Princess Elizabeth was nominated for the Award of worldwide movement for nuclear disarmament "Demirigus Peace International".

It took quite a while to create her first fragrance E. It was created in New York in cooperation with Sopha Grojsman, the vice president of IFF, which also created many other renowned fragrances - Bvlgari Pour Femme, Kashâya Kenzo, Tresor Lancome, Sotto Voce Laura Biagiotti, Paris YSL, etc. Sophia Grojsman, Russian herself, that time was working on fragrant ode devoted to Russian Duchess of the imperial family Romanoff.

The fragrance is composed of the high quality components, derived by an original technology from live plants. It was created in USA, while the bottles and package in Serbia. For two years this fragrance was selling in NYC, during which time Princess Jelisaveta achieved a great success and response from her, now counting about 60.000, regular customers. The presentation was held in NYC and among the distinguished guests of that event was Ms. Nancy Reagan.

Two times "E" was nominated as the best fragrance
of the year by International Flavors and Fragrance
Company (IFF), and both times it reached finale.

Several years after it was presented in the USA, the first fragrance by Princess Jelisaveta Karađorđević was highly welcomed in Belgrade. In 2002, the fragrance E HRH Princess Elizabeth, also known as fragrance of the four flowers, and "The Fragrance of the White Palace", was presented in the Pavilion Cvijeta Zuzorić at Kalemegdan. At that occasion the Princess said: "I have created a fragrance that has integrated four flowers which symbolize the four most important moments of my life. Each of these moments was marked by one flower. The first one I discovered in the garden of the White Palace, and then, when I was far away, I continued looking for it."

"E" was named after the Russian Grand Duchess Elena Romanoff, Princess Jelisaveta's grandmother Elena Vladimirovna Romanova. She was a daughter of Vladimir Aleksandrovič Romanoff, brother of the last Russian emperor Nikolai II. And one of the four flowers of this fragrant bouquet was devoted to her - orange blossom, the scent of which Princess Jelisaveta vividly remembers from the garden of Grand Duchess Elena Romanoff in Athens, in which the orange trees smelled heavenly. The four white flowers are the heart of this fragrance – jasmine, white iris, orange blossom and white hyacinth. Beside these, E has captured other white flowers, gardenia and lily of the valley.

Soon after the success with white flowers captured in the fragrance of happiness "E", the second of the collection, "Mon Ange" (My Angel) was presented in the USA.

"Mon Ange" gets a new appearance and name when presented by HRH Princess Jelisaveta, two days before the end of 2004. The fragrance was presented as Jelisaveta, and it was inspired by the optimism and spirit of Princesses' close friends, and devoted to all young women. At that event Princess Jelisaveta said: "I would like to present you the fragrance that wears my name. It brings the blend of essential scents of orange and lemon."

Jelisaveta is joyful and luminous, with dazzling freshness of citruses that seem to be dancing in the rhythm of Mediterranean. It is bright just like the spring time sun. Jelisaveta has captured a spring time bouquet of honeysuckle, orange blossom, linden blossom and jasmine, freshened with the dominant citrusy notes of orange and lemon. It is classical and distinguished, yet joyous and spontaneous at the same time.

We have been informed that there is the third fragrance by Princess Jelisaveta in preparation at this moment. It will be based on the scent of violet. The creator of this fragrance is again Sophia Grojsman.

The fragrances E and Jelisaveta are available for on-line purchase directly from the Princess Jelisaveta Karađorđević's web site and via www.nellbutler.com.
