Global Art of Perfumery in Düsseldorf

The Global Art of Perfumery is a fair where luxury products and fragrances are exhibited. It is taking place for the fourth time in Düsseldorf, Germany, in the Maritim Hotel on the 14th and 15th of April 2012. More than 60 distributors of luxury perfume brands and more than 40 cosmetics brands present their product portfolio.

As it is customary for an exhibition, novelty products that are of interest to consumers and distributors alike, are presented. A large number of brand representatives that were present at the Esxence in Milan two weeks ago showed their lines in Düsseldorf as well. Some of them even saved a few of their newest products just for this luxury fair. Düsseldorf is scented with the newest perfume editions today!

Bronnley have presented a delightful collection of Eaux de Toilette and scented body care products. They are refreshing their collection with two new editions: PINK BOUQUET and LAVENDER. Both fragrances will be launched in May 2012.

The traditional Italian brand Officina Della Essenze will delight all fans of fragrances that are based on fig accords. Their new fragrance PURO FICO contains the revitalizing freshness of fig milk and captures the dream of an Italian summer passed in the shadow of a sweet almond tree.

Céline Verleure has launched her fourth fragrance with the name LUMIERE BLANCHE ("White Light") which is based on cardamon, cinnamon and star anise in the top notes. The heart of the fragrance gives us a harmony of iris, almond milk and cashmere wood. The base notes are cedarwood, sandalwood, tonka bean and white musk. The liquid is milky-white and comes in 50 nd 100 ml bottles. The perfumer of this edition is Sidonie Lancesseur.

Xerjoff have recently launched their collection Oud Stars. This line was presented next to the Sospiro line which includes the newest launch in a passionate red bottle. This fragrance is called WARDASINA and it is based on a special recipe of Laylati. The most prominent notes are Bulgrian rose and Spanish saffron which add a sensual and playful twist to the composition.

In Düsseldorf the brand TORRE OF TUSCANY presented five new fragrances that come in EDT and EDP concentrations in 100 ml bottles, as well as room sprays in 100 ml, scented candles and diffusors in 200 and 500 ml. The names of the fragrances are: CORPI CALDI, MUSCHIO MARINO, VETIVER MODERNO, MUGHETTO VERDE and  COLOGNIA TOSCANA.

The Collection Acqua Colonia (4711) has launched a new scent with the name Acqua Colognia Mandarine & Cardamom. The uplifting scent of mandarins will shine on the skin and is surrounded by cardmom which gives the composition a special aroma.

Keiko Mecheri is exclusively announcing two new fragrances JOHANA and UN JOUR D'ETE. Johana is a chypre-vintage scent with ruling citrus notes, floral accords of camelia, mixed with green tea, Japanese incense, jasmine and Japanese pale rose.

Another new scent of the Hesperides collection, reminiscent of Saint Tropez, will be launched in London shortly. The fragrance is based on citruses and aromatic notes.

Micallef have introduced their summer vanilla collection next to the new fragrance YLANG IN GOLD. This fragrance has a milky and floral notes with a milky and shimmery consistency.

The traditional house of Sevigne which have made a reputation for themselves in jewelry design presented their first line of perfumes. The fragrances are called 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 and come in blck bottles with silver necklaces and charms around the necks of the bottles. By adding this precious twist they connect their jewelry collection to their new fragrance collection.
