Laura Biagiotti Roma and Roma Uomo Celebrate 20 Years of Existence

Two decades have passed since launching perfume pair which marked the house of Laura Biagiotti: Roma perfumes for women and men, which are inspired by streets, squares and architecture of this beautiful town, as well as by scents of fruit and temperament of its citizens…

In honour of 20 years of existence and popularity among European editions during all these years, Roma and Roma Uomo have stayed an embodiment of Italian style and sophisticated elegance.

Charming and sunny Roma reminds us of Italy with its first accords. Pink grapefruit, Sicilian bergamot, mint, black currant and hyacinth start a morning in Italian capital. A heart blooms with floral aromas, such as carnation, jasmine, rose and lily of the valley. Base notes warm us up with sandalwood, vanilla, amber, musk and civet.

Edition for men, Roma Uomo, is a real Latin lover among fragrances. It seduces in a gentle, juicy and soft way, you don't even notice how it captures your thoughts and heart. The fragrance opens with fresh and sparkling grapefruit, with aromas of bergamot, basil and balmy nuances of galbanum. A heart flirts with floral notes of jasmine, spruce, fir and heliotrope, while base notes include cedar, patchouli, sandalwood and benzoin.

Laure Biagiotti's heiress, her daughter Lavinia Biagiotti Cigna, received the prestigious reward "Duft Star Award" on April 26th 2008 in Berlin, for international perfume editions and creations by the house of Laura Biagiotti, as well as support in continuing tradition and quality in perfumery.

I wonder if Romo will be easier to find and purchase with this new interest at the 20 year anniversary? I hope so. This is one fragrance I've been searching for but continues to elude me.
