Nine West is launching their first fragrance, Love Fury, in mid-January 2012. After a lot of success with footwear, handbags, sunglasses, watches and hosiery, Nine West is turning a new page and entering the world of perfumes! Their perfume is perfect for sexy and passionate women who like wearing high heels.

Stacy Lastrina, chief marketing officer of Nine West, explained the connection between footwear and perfumes: “Like shoes, fragrance has transformative powers. They both tie into emotion. They are both weapons of attraction. And we also see fragrance as a finishing touch on a 33-year-old brand which has expanded into many lifestyle categories.”
Love Fury is created in collaboration with Inter Parfums Inc., in charge of manufacturing and distributing the fragrance. Noses behind the fragrance were Firmenich perfumers. The fragrance opens with Rose Bud FirNat, mimosa absolute, mandarin and red berries pulp. This floral-fruity story continues in rhythms of Tiare Tahiti NaturePrint, Jasmine Samback FirAbs and sandalwood in the heart. The base awaits us with opulent aromas of orris flower, musk, precious wood and amber.
The bottle also carries the unique stamp of Nine West—their signature mark—a stiletto high heel. A black heel-shaped cap "pierces" the flacon and slips into its juice. To depict the romantic side of the brand, the perfume liquid is in pale pink color.
The fragrance is available as eau de parfum in three sizes—a 0.3oz. (9ml) rollerball for $18, a 1.7oz. (50 ml) bottle for $45 and a 3.4oz. (100ml) bottle for $55, accompanied with scented product—a 6 oz. body lotion, available for $18.

Photos for the advertising campaign will be shot by photographer Jessica Craig-Martin, joined by an extensive digital campaign, including a mini-movie and social messaging marketing. The fragrance will also be accompanied by a newly designed heel—a pointed-toe platform style available in black satin and an array of other colors and fabrics.
The collection will be available in 68 countries worldwide, from January 2012.

This is available now as a M A C Y S .com exclusive! Notes sound reallly good!
That bottle is absolutely stunning, very well presented and sexy. While I believe that it is not a good idea to give perfumes as a gift to girlfriends.. I gotta find one who I can give this. :)
The first thing that comes into my mind is 'I LOVE THIS BOTTLE'!! Very unique and fashionable.
It has very interesting notes. I really hope that the smell of it would make me feel confident, sexy and excited as I feel from seeing the bottle. :D
Can't wait to try it!
I don't know why but I'm not excited about this one.
I guess it's from reading "women who love to wear high heels" and I am not one of those women.
I have teeny tiny feet (size 3 in kids or 4-5 in women), very slim ankles, and very high arches. My feet kill in heels because all the pressure is at the very front of my foot because my arch is too high to make contact with the shoe. Yes I could get custom made shoes, but I'm twenty years old and don't have that kind of money.
I guess this perfume just makes me bitterly aware that I miss out on the fun of wearing stilettos. :(
Well, well. . . the most comfortable way to wear a stilletto if I ever saw one. ;D. It has woods. . I'm all on it just because of those notes alone.
The bottle looks great:) Goes well with the brand, since the stopper resembles a high-heel. The fragrance itself sounds interesting, but then again the drydown is so common with the musk, wood and amber.
Nine West makes quality shoes and handbags that are attractive and trendy, but still affordable. I hope this fragrance meets those same qualifications. Love the bottle!
This is the first of Nine West and of course so welcomed. The brand mastered shows and leather goods.
Sandalwood in middle tone makes me impatient to smell it. The middle tone seems so original.
