Life-affirming story about timeless love. Wonderful to hear how the Michel absorbed it all. My own mother has long worn Cacharel's Anais Anais and it is impossible for me to smell that scent without being overwhelmed with childhood memories, impossible for my mother's love not to fill my mind. (Happily, she now wears my own natural perfume.) Michelyn, you are very right: the greatest works of art have always been inspired by love. And will always be.

Ever since my visit to Paris, where I stopped into the Editions de Parfums store, I've been a Frederic Malle fan. Like most things creative, there is always a tug-of-war between creativity and commerce, Thank God Mr. Malle recognizes artistry and welcomes it. This is such a beautiful story. I'm glad this fragrance was given its just due platform and now the story is being shared.

Michel Roudniska, You are a brilliant man and perfumer. You honor us with this story of your mother and father's love ... it is startling that this perfume was so ahead of the time. I think you inherited your father's visionary perspective. I love your amoureuse....there is nothing like it that exists ...as i also love your father's diorissimo.

Le Parfum de Therese, I think, was ahead of its time. Thankfully it looks like it's time has finally arrived and it will take its place next to Rochas Femme as another of his masterful creations.

I have this bottle sitting on the shelf, bought a while ago, in Zurich. Sometimes I use it to get a wonderful layer of one of the greatest achievements in perfumery on my skin. eventually fall asleep with a fragrance that is still avant garde. Never got old in almost 50 years.

And sniffing it, it is more than obvious that this is a master piece, created by a loving heart.

I read this story and it is as beautiful a collaboration as le parfum de therese ..

What a wonderful love story, dear Michelyn and Michel! When I am in NYC next time, I will definitely go to Frederic's boutique to smell it once more, it would be a different impression after reading this story... I wish I can smell it now.
