Nicki Minaj Pink Friday

Nicki Minaj in my opinion copies Lady Gaga... She tries to wear those crazy outfits and colorful hair...Even if im not a fan Im still curious to smell it.

The bottle alone scares the crap out of me.. I hope this smells decent and isn't one of those cliche typical celebrity fragrances. I wouldn't buy it though.

i am not sure why/how the marketing department comes up with this idea of a human torso in this campaign? Does it design for children under 7 years old? The fragrance notes sounds very lovely, and i would buy if it has been in a 'normal' looking bottle, but common, this human plastic thingee is just not cute. Barbie looks better and cuter than this. I really like to know who is the targeted market audience for this perfume? So tacky! Her shoes even look better than her head!

Why not made her shoe as a perfume bottle? It would have been original and I would buy it.

I'm obsessed with celebrity fragrances, and the tackier the celebrity and the bottle, the more I love it when the juice is actually nice. Can't wait to try this.

The ugliest bottle of perfume I have ever seen. If anything this may prevent me from even trying the perfume.

Is it that any so-called "celebrity" with 10 seconds of fame, can make a perfume? I think it would sell far more without the scary looking bottle design and not using her as a celebrity. It seems like a delicious scent to me, but the whole idea behind this is a turn off for me.

I am incredibly excited for this. The scent sounds wonderful and I'm loving the ridiculous-ness of the bottle.

the notes in this seem to die for, I am really excited for this to be released into the wild.
I do not like niki minaj or her music but I do like the bottle design. seeing as niki minaj isnt really known for singing or dancing properly I think that it is safe to say this is not a celebrity perfume.
minaj probably had nothing to do with the scent or the bottle so we may as well just consider it to be a novelty and leave it at that.

Weird looking bottle, not as ugly as everyone else is making it seem! I don't really like Nicki or her music, not beign a hater but all I see is a woman with no talent trying too hard to be noticed + always showing her attributes" anyway back to the bottle, although the notes sound interesting I will not be purchasing this frag. I just can't picture Nicki's steel like head on my dresser lifelessly starring at me! Plus I don't really like celebrity frags, except for meow by Katy Perry which I recently purchased and LOVE! ♥

Personally I'm not a Minaj fan or a barb as she calls them but I have been known for my tacky weird taste and I must say that I do love the bottle and that's the only reason I would get it because as so many others have stated the perfume itself doesn't seem to be anything special or different

Kinda disappointing. I remember Nicki said that her perfume would smell like a "grown ass woman"- and then here we are with a fruity floral vanilla...

This bottle is the kind of thing that could scare small children.
If it's her wig that comes off like a cap (instead of the head), I'm going to have a moment of hysterical laughter.

I like dolly looking bottles like Anna Sui and the Harajuku lovers and all and I always have something good to say about them because too me there adorable and fun to collect..but this..this is the first doll/like bottle I find hideous! Nicki Minaj has such a cute get up,. seriously Nicki, couldn't you create something more cuter and less frightening?

the notes do sound rather lovely but this is something I wont have out on my vanity...I'll only get this for the scent if I like it

I must say, the bottle is a tad frightening! But like all celebrity fragrances, i'll give it a chance, no matter how much I like/dislike the celebrity, as the composition sound very pleasant.

The bottle looks like Gaultier Classique gone robot hooker. Perfume sounds nice enough albeit generic.

I would buy the perfume only because there are so many haters around... Seems like this bottle is going to be a collectors peace because of it's hideousness :D

Also, I wouldn't really judge anything by the notes because often they're not even the same notes I smell in the fragrance. Scents are unique combinations that are very difficult to put into words... Even if all the ingredients used were listed, it would still be impossible to imagine the scent in your head because it's a coctail -not a sequence of it's ingredients.

People smell scents differently, based on their scent history and personal capability to differentiate ingredients. Many like some scent because of it's "vanilla" or "musky" or "spicy orient" quality but the majority just likes the mix. It's very difficult to judge something you haven't smelled unless it smells exactly like one single and common smell like strawberry or lemon.

There's no need to mock a perfume that hasn't been released!

And it doesn't matter what you think of Nicki Minaj as a person. She still might make a great perfume. Besides, you only know her image, not her real personality. She's trying to be irritating and controversial and obviously is doing a good job! This wouldn't be the first celebrity fragrance many like even if they didn't like the person who made it. How do we know if Nicki has anything to do with the production of this fragrance anyway? She propably only approves it after someone else has done it...

Just another synthetic popcycle/koolaid/fruity mess that the perfume industry is foisting upon us. I'd rather donate my money to charity than purchase this ugly headstone looking eyesore. Do you really want to smell like starfruit?? And what is a "woodsy note" anyways? Where does one find Woodsy Note in nature?

This fragrance should have been a straight up grape koolaid with a Smirnoff vodka. Uhm, and... The bottle so could have been a bobblehead.

I don't really know who Nicki Minaj is but if I see this somewhere I'm definitely going to try it. I think the bottle is cute and playful and the scent sounds juicy. So many fragrances want to be serious it's nice to see Nicki is having just plain fun with this. We don't always want to smell serious, seductive, sexy, etc. just fun, yummy and girly.

The design of the bottle really fits the personality of Nicki. If persay Paris Hilton did something like this, it would come off as tacky and vain. I am quite surprised no booty was involved. And also, does the head come off or just the weave?

As for the scent, nothing sounds ground breaking, it's the safest route: fruity floral. I think as a collector, I'd love to own it for its bottle. Lets face it,love it or hate it, this is a true representation of Minaj. Vain as it may be. The scent? meh, I'd probably use it as a room mister (like i do with Britney's midnight and hidden fantasy)

The notes on this one are not appealing to me at all, though I'll certainly give it a sniff before passing final judgment.

haha what was with the picture fragrantica put up of the bottle originally? it was terrifying! this is still really wierd but it's not so bad as originally thought. It's definitely not going to smell special judging from the notes so I'll pass since I have enough fruity floral.

I actually like the bottle design. It's like a crazy spin-off of JPG Classique. Haha! All I hope for is the fit and finish and plastic components (if any) are not cheap and low grade.

Ok, seeing the bottle in pics posted online make me want this even more!!! I AM OFFICIALLY OBSESSED with it and want the bottle in every size! I hope it comes in a 1 oz too!!! Her head is the cap! it's the fragrance itself that truly matters though i'm not going to wear anything that contains 'caramelized pear' as i hate foody notes.

Well the good thing about this bottle is, if you don't like Nicki, you get to pop her head off everytime you want to use it!
