Ralph Lauren Notorious, Polo Explorer and Polo Blue Holiday Sets

Ralph Lauren is to present new gift sets for men and women this Christmas. Fragrances will appear in luxuriously designed boxes, accompanied by complementary Bath and Body products.
 
Their latest creation for women called Notorious, launched in 2008, reinterprets the ever so pupular glamour of Hollywood with its flowery-oriental composition. Holiday set includes bottle of Eau de Toilette, body lotion and bath foam. In its opening, Notorious offers us very feminine aromas of black currant, pink pepper and Italian bergamot. A heart resonates with the Chocolate Cosmos flower (Cosmos Atrosanguineus), ice cold white peony and carnation, whereas base notes include patchouli, musk, vanilla and orris root. Designer of this edition is Olivier Gillotin.

Christmas line also includes two gift sets for men, such as Polo Explorer Coffret and Polo Blue Coffret, both including a bottle of Eau de Toilette with complementary beauty products.

Polo Explorer for Men launched in 2007 is a creation made by two renowned perfumers, Honorine Blanc and Harry Fremont. The fragrance carries notes of tangerine from South Africa, Sicilian bergamot along with chords of coriander, leather, mahogany, amber, patchouli and sandalwood.

Polo Blue is a fresh and adventurous scent made of cantaloup, tangerine and cucumber. Aromatic middle notes bring us pelargonium, basil and sage. Base notes contain precious blond wood, musk and white suede. Fragrance was launched in 2003. The noses behind this fragrance are Carlos Benaim and Christophe Laudamiel.
