Solid Perfumes – A Modern View

After writing several posts on solid perfumes, I would now like to give an insight from another angle. I would like to present the modern and trendy ones, which might become your next choice, especially if your favorite fragrance is on the following list.

When creating their solid perfumes, many fashion houses make the designs of their solid perfumes containers and compacts not too classic or luxurious and exclusive like such as gorgeous Estee Lauder solid perfumes are.

Solid perfumes usually follow the design of the entire collection of a particular house. The solid perfume compacts are usually in the same color like the related liquid perfume bottles, and the shape of the container is often similar. For instance, the container might have a shape of the matching fragrance bottle top, or may entirely repeat the bottle shape in small.

I am using this opportunity to present several editions which have drawn my attention and caught my eye with their graciousness. Many of them might be real nice and decorative part of any woman's purse content.

Sarah Jessica Parker has made her newest fragrance Covet solid in a beautiful compact. The Covet compact contains 2.2g of solid perfume and is created in a same shape like the Covet bottle top. It is available at the price of approximately US$40.

Juicy Couture comes in a classic flat square compact in baby rose nuances. It comes in a pouch with imprinted emblem, the same one like on the fragrance bottle. It contains 0.13 oz of solid perfume and can be found at the price of US$55.

L.A.M.B. L, the solid perfume launched by the popular blond Gwen Stefani, come in a compact of the same design as the liquid fragrance bottle, golden-colored and with the same print. Its price is US$42.

Britney Spears has also presented her solid perfume. Fantasy comes in a cute, cheerful rose colored compact decorated with sparkling stones, reminiscent of the matching liquid fragrance bottle. The compact is packed in outer box and draw-string pouch and can be purchased at US$44 for 4.5g.

Prestigious Bvlgari Omnia, luxuriant and classic at the same time, also comes in a solid perfume form captured in a compact additionally packed in round white leather casing. Its price is approximately US$85.

Pink Sugar comes as a simple and joyous solid perfume in the well-known Aquolina style. It is reminiscent of white and rose round lollipop. When you open the compact it seems as if the scent takes you into a children's world full of happiness and joy. The compact contains 0.34 oz of solid perfume at the price of US$22.

Missoni also offers a nice and interesting solid perfume. It comes in a compact made as necklace pendant, additionally packed in a suede pouch. This charming gold pendant, designed by Margherita Missoni, contains Margherita Must Have solid perfume the price of which is approximately US$50.

And as the icing on the cake....Angel in the smallest form and the most expensive one as well. It comes in a heart-shaped compact filled with Angel fragrance in a solid form. The compact is adorned with Swarowski crystals and attached to a snake-shaped chain and is very much wanted by collectors. And of course, with a star as an unavoidable Thierry Mugler's detail. The price of this compact is US$105. There is another Angel in a solid form. Its content weighs 0.45g, and its price is about US$25.

Solid perfumes become more and more in. Their popularity grows more than it could be expected thanks to celebrity fragrances which reflect the fame of celebrities behind them.
