
The new fragrance, Mustang Blue, is created by Trudi Loren, vice president of corporate fragrance development worldwide for the Estee Lauder Cos. Inc. in cooperation with IFF. This aromatic-fougere features notes of bergamot, lemon, mint and basil in the top, aromatic notes of Lavender, geranium, clary sage, clove leaf, cypress, pine, artemisia, cardamom and black pepper in the heart, and cedar leaf, sandalwood, patchouli, musk and hay in the base.

The Mustang Blue collection will come as cologne spray in three sizes, 30ml (1 fl.oz.) at US$20, 50ml (1.7 fl.oz.) for US$25 and 100ml (3.4 fl.oz.) at US$32, and the matching 100ml (3.4 fl.oz.) after shave which will retail at US$25.
The print advertising campaign will start in September in women's, men's and lifestyle magazines. The photos will be shot by George Logan. The campaign will include over 10 million free samples.
Ford Mustang is one of the best selling cars when it comes to sports cars sale in the US as it makes 50% of sports car sale in the States.
Ford Mustang became famous 40 years ago due to the nine-minute scene of Mustang car chase through San Francisco in the 1968 police thriller movie "Bullitt" starring Steve McQueen. In honor of 40th anniversary of this film, Ford Motors has produced a special limited edition of 7.700 units, which embodies the famous Mustang. Mustang Bullitt differs from the standard version by its minimalist retro design without exterior badging, scoops and spoilers.
