The fashion house of Valentino launches its new fragrance named Valentina in mid-September. The fragrance, inspired by Rome and Italian flavors, is developed in collaboration with Puig and perfumers Alberto Morillas and Olivier Cresp.
The composition is designed as a fresh floral-fruity-oriental, full of contradictions, simultaneously delicate and strong, elegant, sensual, rebellious and fun.
It starts off with bergamot from Calabria and white truffles from Alba. Amalfi orange blossoms, sweet jasmine, tuberose and wild strawberries compose the perfume’s heart, settling on the base of cedar, vanilla and amber.

The face of the advertising campaign is model Freja Beha Erichsen, shot by David Sims. Valentina is available as 30, 50 and 80 ml EDP with additional body lotion, body oil, shower gel and deodorant.
quite disappointed in this fragrance - love the bottle (love rock n rose couture which is to my nose a lovely modern take on floral) but this is a very old fashioned, very mature floral powdery smell, deffo not for me :(
might still keep my eye out for an empty bottle in the future though as it is gorgeously decorative!
i tried it woooooooooow
Cant wait to try also.Looks good and has good balance of scents. Hope it to get a sample and let you know what I think. Long live good scent.
The bottle looks lovely, the notes sound amazing and Alberto Morillas.....enough said! I know this will be great. I can't wait to try it.
I really don't like the bottle... And seems like there is only one Nose in the world - Mr. Cresp:-) I have a hunch that Valentina will be just one more character-free perfume.
the bottle is a collectible, it's so pretty! i can't wait to smell this.
I think this one will be a very nice perfume, at least by the notes. And the bottle is beautyful, like a beautyful light pink rose in a sunny beautyful garden, belonging to a big castle in France in the 18th century, with the beautyful dresses and the white curled wigs.
Wow, beautiful bottle. Espero que la fragancia acompañe a semejante obra de arte.
I love how pretty the bottle is. I want it just so I can display the bottle! Hopefully it is a scent I like. I am sooooo picky with fragrances
Can not wait to try this
I have loved every Valentino I have tried
This sounds so risky.. I will adore or loathe..
I hope I adore!!
I like everything in here, except white truffles. For those of you who don't know, they aren't talking about white chocolate truffles, truffle is a fungus. It's hard enough for me to stomach the idea of mushrooms, I just don't want to be smelling like fungus.
The composition and bottle are to die for!
The bottle design has me so impressed, I might just get it so I can stare at it on my dresser. Forget the perfume, if it smells good, that would just be a bonus. But looking at the notes, it just might be a winner.
What a beautyful bottle! However I don't usuallu enjoy jasmin in perfumes. We'll see.
Sounds nice. Looking forward to smelling this when it comes onto the market. I'll be looking for it at my local mall.
