Boronia from Tasmania is one of the most costly essences in the world. Boronia blossom has a refind sweet aroma which is reminiscent of raspberry, apricot, violet and yellow freesia.

The solid perfume of 1/4oz (7,5ml) is in a sterling silver compact. The base is made of organic unfiltered beeswax and jojoba oil. The nose behind this fragrance is Mandy Aftel.

I really love this scent, and this brand. I first heard about Aftelier on this webite, and quickly bought her book and this scent as a gift for a friend. Of course she loved it and so do I! It's got a rich almost tropical vibe (in the way a passion fruit or blood orange would), in that when you mix only two or so fragrances you are able to get the complexity and diversity of aromas rather than masking the more delicate scents released. I'm really very impressed with this brand and this scent because it's exactly what you think you are buying: there is no disappointment. Naturally the scent is a little more delicate and not as long lasting as a chanel or dior, but it gets going with even the tiniest bit of sweat.

Highly recommended.
