Very sophisticated and tasteful take from Dunhill! The apple freshness is nothing like in your face (like with countless others using this ingredient), its very elegantly done here as it mixes with incense. Some smiliarities to Goutals Duel detectable. Classy, stylish and customizable with your own monogrammed cap. Good one Dunhill!

Nothing special or extraordinary for me. It is ok and similar to Ambre from Baldessarini. Ambre has more character, is sweeter and much more elegant.

Chic, ultra chic, young and pure, high class...
But I expected: rough masculine, wild, overpowering perfume; a vintage lady trap after smelling so many remarkable scent from a remarkable portfolio from the house.
Anyway, I confess only few similar scent can present Citrus/fruity/spicy tone pure as Dunhill does.
It opens tenderly and linearly continues with subsequent spicy tone after a pure fruity citric romantic main theme.

Tried it today...nice but so weak. It disappeared so quickly.

Custom is really nice ... masculine, elegant and long lasting without being overpowering. Not for me, however, as my path to olfactory pleasure lies elsewhere. I really wouldn't mind smelling this if others were to wear it ... hot on the right guy!!

I was shocked when I smell this one today.

Is this really dunhill style to start fresh and end powerless within few hours !!!!!

I think this fragrance is suitable for home use only. Very simple notes, no complexity, no formula. Furthermore, Longevity is poor.


the bottle design is also not unique, it looks simple design and normal.




anyway, everyone has a different taste and style. It might suit some guys.

Got this through the post today and it is absolutely stunning. Yes,I know Dunhill have churned out some rubbish over the last couple of years but the two Harrods exclusives have been fantastic.
What with Loewe 7 and now this i have had a good run of receiving new scents over the last couple of weeks that I love.
First of all the bottle is beautiful. Simple,masculine and with a nod towards heritage rather than fashion.
The apple note in the opening is not sweet but rather like an English Cox's which has a slightly sour yet fresh smell. When the pepper note comes into play it is soft as are all the notes in the fragrance. Everything is understated about this scent and would be impossible to over spray. It certainly isn't a sillage monster but in my opinion that is not necessarily a bad thing sometimes.
I can't think of another fragrance that this reminds me of. I do not personally get the baldessarini ambre reference as that opens up very boozy in my opinion.
After about 30 minutes the cedar note is there underneath the pepper to add strength to the scent. It is quite a sweet cedar note which is quite refreshing as normally you seem to get a lazy iso e super base.
I AM TOTALLY IN LOVE. I can't believe I am saying that about a Dunhill fragrance but it is true.

I received a bottle today. While it is not a bad scent, it is not one that is going to be an all time classic. The design of the bottle is impressive.
As the previous review stated, it reminds me of Ambre Baldessarini.

I have sniff it today the bottle is very elegant for elegant man .
the smell also is powerful the apple smill is dominate so you could have some similarity with ambre baldasrini .

Tried it in IBN BATOOTA Mall yesterday, simply mind blowing smell. After an hour of testing some whirl of smell passes by me time to time and I wonder from where its coming... then I remember I have sprayed it on my hand and look, I unintentionally bring my hand near to my nostril just to have a sniff like an addicted person need his drugs and it continued happening till the next morning when the smell vanished off my hand.

i tried it yesterday...really stunning for me,quite elegant and confident smell! well done for AlfreD Dunhill!

All AD products are well done customized to meet highest standard of men's needs. The latest one before custom are the 51.3N, it is a very good frag.
I don't see why custom wouldn't in the parallel level as previous ones.
Can't wait to try it and hope it's available soon
