What more enchanting name could there be for this magical new fragrance? Exciting and intriguing, a sensual blend of Treasured Flowers and Precious Oriental Woods, fused with Delicate Amber and Sexy Musk, to express a sophisticated personality with hypnotic charm. The flacon promise is a charm. A sun ray touches the indigo glass spreading fire glares, Lifting the lid, the magic potion invades my senses… I close my eyes and wishes and dreams are floating in my mind’s enchanting world of travel I’m in a wonderful Sicilian citrus garden, among heavily laden trees full of golden fruits that capture the sun’s majestic rays. Suddenly! another perfume swathes me in Sumatra: It’s the Starry Anise that effuses freshness and harmony.
The pure essence of Esoteric is captured in an indigo pyramid which soars and twists towards the sky, refracting vibrant colours when Touched by the light, becoming from time to time deep blue, indigo or with fire glares. At the apex, a burnished wizards cap, dusted with magical powder. A jewel, set in a silvery reflex medal, created from soft materials that gently seduce the touch senses. A windmill that attracts in a rising whirl of mysterious sensations then becomes an invitation to be intoxicated by the ESOTERIC perfume.
To package such an inspirational Perfume we have used only the most innovative material, vibrant colors and elegant finishing touches. Precise printing, on the finest metallic paper, and special decorative finishing, capture the light creating a glistening effect. In my opinion there' some confusion... Esoteric was launched in 2007, not 1997! I checked in Internet, but I was pretty sure, because I remembered when it just came out, only a few years ago! Anyway, I don't think it's a copy... Some fragrances may resemble others, if they have a bit of common notes. I like Alien, and maybe I like Esoteric even more, because the notes are better blended and more delicate. The musky base note makes the perfume somehow "clean" and very easy to wear (while in Alien the jasmin and amber are maybe too prominent and heavy)!

@Awesomeness: I stand corrected, it looks as if perhaps Miss Ashley (or whoever is running her company now) is not all that "esoteric"...

@ Mary Jane: Copying is illegal, and for your information: Alien was released in 2005...THIS came out in 1997!!! So...
Not only is TM's Alien a copy of THIS (by your nose), but Shantara has taken the basic flacon design and used it for all three of their scents: Reve Etoile (purple), Shaman (green), and Isiris (gold). It seems AA was ahead of her time...
I only now just saw this when I was searching for AA Musk, to add it to my profile; and am quite intruiged...Has anyone actually smelled/worn this? Can you give a "real" review for it, please!

Also Walgreens has a lovely impression of Alien...
