Tweety, charming yellow canarian bird known from cartoons by Warner Bros. Company, who is liked both by children and adults, is a new inspiration by the house of Selectiva-Spa Italia.
Tweety Eau de Toilette is a feminine and fluffy edition, launched in 2008, as the fourth perfume in the row of the Aquolina collection. It was presented together with accompanying products, which will make your skin glow, refresh it with yellow colours and make your day.
Perfume Tweety is a fresh, luminous fragrance (differing from other Aquolina perfumes in that) and it was created with a passionate, floral heart, inspired by yellow colour of the sun, decorated with feather fluffing around the introduced collection. Its bottle is available with an atomizer, which is yellow, as well, and features a black, floral motive on the glass bottle. Design of the bottle was created by the house of Marketing Selectiva.
Creator of this edition is perfumer of the house of Givaudan, Shyamala Maisondieu. The perfume itself was composed of joyful citruses in top: bergamot, grapefruit, orange and pineapple. A heart awaits us with raspberry, rose, jasmine and water lily, while base notes add patchouli, sandalwood, vetiver and musk.
The Tweety collection encompasses: EDT, bath, body milk, shimmering perfumed body powder, as well as perfumed body lotion.

Yeah I had this perfume.....and I took it right back to the store! It smells like lemonheads candy! No thank you, if I wanna smell like lemonheads....I will just go buy some! Sorry to all the Tweety fans, just not my cup of tea.
As a Pink Sugar devotee, I couldn't pass up the opportunity to purchase this. At first blast its optimistic, sunny citrus, sweetened by berries and pineapple. The the the lilies show up to keep everything moist, I also detect the jasmine but not the rose. The patchouli, woodsy drydown is earthy, sweet and mature which is why I wouldn't recommend this to a young girl.
Maybe a teenager. however, Tweety is from my generation and I can't help but think think this perfume is directed towards me. Definitely a novelty, I'll keep around to enjoy the bottle and a spray of optimism every now and again.
At first, there seemed nothing impressive or special about Tweety, just a pleasant, fresh, young perfume. But after a while, you will be very pleasantly surprised as its heart unfolds and bewitches you. Its base is comparable to those of more expensive, sophisticated perfumes. Tweety unfolds like an exotic flower which you'll come to love, especially during the spring or summertime. (Just got a 1.7 oz bottle today at TJMaxx for $10!)
I bought this one because I simply have to have every Aquolina perfume. I find all Aquolina perfumes smell amazing and last a really long time on my skin. Tweety is very lemony, very sweet. I love this one. I have to admit out of all the Aquolina's I own this one doesn't remain as long on my skin as the others, but smells like a lemon bar and very scrumptious like all the rest Aquolina carries. Thumbs up
Awww :) Tweety is so cute. Tweety is so sunny yellow. Soooo cute. And how sweet is that retro-squeeze bulb thingy? Awww... Suddenly I'm flooded with sweetie darling affectionate thoughts of puppies and kittens! Bunnies! Other Soft Cute Things!
Tweety was bottled for Disney gift shops and it's little more than a big noseful of Country Time Lemonade powder when you first open the little plastic bucket/jar it comes in. For the first few seconds into a first sniff, the mental image of cute widdle bitty Tweetybird (and Other Soft Cute Things) is strong enough to overcome the extreme artificial lemoniness of the juice. But about a minute in and boy, howdy! it's all sharp and biting like Sweet Tarts candies that actually make my jaw ache just to think about biting into them. Arggghhh!
I was truly glad my sealed box contained a 50% gone leaky bottle so I could return it. No sweet Tweetybird here, no sir. Just a lot of woof woof. Yeah, a real dog from Aquolina in a widdle bitty birdy disguise. And if you're still thinking "Awww, but the box and everything is so cute..." I say to you: Put the box down. Put. It. Down. Now. Down. Now back away.
Finally! Got this today at TJMaxx. It's very, very fruity. Love it. I can smell the citrus, also the pinapple, and the raspberry. The first blast is not harsh or alcoholy like some celebrity scents. It is what it is. If Tweety wasn't the name of this, it could go as a tropical scent.
The bottle and packaging are indeed **cute**, and the scent is bright, sunny and sweet. I didn't perceive a lot of depth in it when I tested it, but that may just be my nose and body chemistry. Reminded me of a sweet lemon drop candy. That said, everything about this scent feels more appropriate for children. Which is perfectly fine. I would buy this for my cousin's 11 year old in a heartbeat as a special first perfume or for a friend with a collector's eye and with lightheartedness in mind.
First thing I got was jasmine or whatever white flowers there might be. Even by smelling the cap, it was very sweet and very strong. So after the first greeting by jasmine, I definitely got something fruity; very sweet, citric, a bit sharp and tarty like pineapple and raspberry. I wanted to smell the rose but jasmine wouldn't let that happen... Sigh.
The sweetness in this scent is ridiculously high (Dah! It's Aquolina!) but never seems too synthetic to me. It's very strong and likable scent. I feel like this is more like a collectible item tho. I just can't see anybody wears it. Anyway, I saw it at Marshalls for $12.99 so go check it out.
theperfumedcourt.com has it in various sizes. I may buy some just to try it out.
Thanks :)
I've been searching for it online for months, but have never found any. I was beginning to think it was a haox...
Now I know it's real, I'll keep on looking.
I was just shopping today in ドン キホーテ (a discount chain store in Japan) and I saw some for sale.
It was a very cute scent. (I'm new to this perfume business, so I'm afraid I can't describe it well) Actually, I didn't take it very seriously because of the bottle, but it smelled good to me :)
