Fête d'Hiver (Winter Festival) is a heart-warming blend of incense, amber and resins with tropical white flowers and spices. The result is as soft as powdery feeling of snow and warming by a fire place on a furry rug.
Notes: pimento, amber, bitter orange, rosewood, incense, gardenia, nutmeg, Moroccan rose, Otto rose and sandalwood.
The nose behind this fragrance is Ayala Sender.
Ayala lives in Canada , and this reminds me mentally winter festivities in the north. It starts bright spicy sweet and warm but underneath lies a heart of traditional white floral. In the drydown some incense notes come out to play. Pleasnt but it doesn't last.
