Hot by Bill Blass is a Chypre Floral fragrance for women. Hot was launched in 1991. Top notes are bergamot, aldehydes and green notes; middle notes are carnation, jasmine, tuberose, cinnamon, orris root, rose, lily-of-the-valley, bay leaf and white honey; base notes are musk, sandalwood, patchouli, oak moss, virginia cedar, amber, incense and vanille.

I did a blind purchase of a 3.4 oz "tester" bottle of eau de parfum "Hot" on Ebay and I'm very glad that I did! There was some leakage during mailing and the box & wrapping were damp with scent when it arrived. Last night I kept smelling something wonderful - it turned out to be the now dry box!! This morning I tried Hot for the first time and I think that the scent is going to be one of my favs along side Coco and Diva. It's uniquely different - I don't have the knowledge or language to explain how, sorry.
My guess is that I have the reformulated scent, however I have nothing to compare it with, so I do not know for sure.

Reminds me of Merl Norman's discontinued Jolly Sin of the late 60's and early 70's. I loved that fragrance.

I have a friend who has been dying for the HOT to come back. Where will be able to find it? I still have a bottle of BLACK and it is timeless.. I ran out of NUDE a long time ago, but I liked it quite a bit. Mimosa in fragrance always manages to float my boat.
I would like to buy these again. Hope they float...
