Powerful Boadicea the Victorious for women and men

POWERFUL is subtle beautiful woody fragrance. It reminds me of a relaxing day in a luxurious spa. The scent is gentle, comforting, feminine and sophisticated. It feels like a second skin or a luxurious silk veil wrapped around the naked body. There is this holistic, natural feel to this fragrance that I love.

The opening is lemon, orange, grapefruit combo but it is not typical citrus fresh burst. It has woody oil note in it, which makes it earthy, deep and a bit spicy. The heart notes are not strong typical flowers I am used to in the floral perfumes but more of a gentle essence of violets layered with fragrant woods. Violets are so innocent and soft in this fragrance. I almost can touch their fragile petals. Woody notes in the dry down are also gentle, fragrant and very natural with a touch of musk and spice.

This scent is listed as unisex. Perhaps in the beginning it could swing both ways but the gentle floral heart is so incredibly feminine. This is not typical strong, “in your face” fragrance. It feels like a second skin, natural, and comfortable. The sillage is not strong but the longevity is up to 7 hours. I only have a sample but if I had a full size I would generously spray it all over the body for the luxurious experience. This fragrance is for someone who prefers natural and light fragrances but still appreciate the mastery and sophistication of well-done perfume.
