A sensual and mysterious scent of the night, BLV Notte Pour Femme is dark and impressive, sweet like the night as its main ingredients are sumptuous dark chocolate and intoxicating vodka.
BLV Notte opens with notes of fresh galanga, mandarin and bergamot; the heart unifies vodka, acacia, powdery iris and tobacco blossom; the base reveals dark chocolate, ginger and amber.
A scent of an unforgettable night with a taste of chocolate lingering on the skin. Creator of this fragrance is Alberto Morillas. It was created in 2004.

Its V E R Y unusual for me, too bright I should say. But fits perfect for my mom. By the way, I never smell vodka in this fragrant complex.

Bvlgari never ceases to amaze me :) BLV Notte is enchanting and mystic, now my favorite Bvlgari but unfortunately the one Bvlgari that seems to lack good staying power. The smell is cold, distant, and almost uninviting because it's not one of those warm and comforting perfumes - it's fizzy and alcoholic and as Lillybee mentioned, like cold water. BLV Notte's personality is independent. I get mostly the vodka and ginger note, with a hint of chocolate and bergamot, a very interesting mix. I also find it to be very masculine. It is sexy, though I have to be in the right mood to wear this one.

A truly unusual, sophisticated fragrance that has an alluring and mysterious character. Delicious!
The top note of this fragrance is composed of the citrusy odour of cool water accented with camphor that conjures up images of the riverside at nighttime when the gently flowing water gives out its intoxicating cool freshness to its surroundings.
This night-river freshness is then mixed with heavier iris middle note and galangal, which give the fragrance a lovely oriental feel. It makes me think of having bathed with luxury iris soap.
The base is also soapy, the galangal being the most dominating note. I also detect some sweet amber and woody tones which give it a more grounded feel.
Added to this mixture is a pinch of chocolate and vodka.
The mistery ingredient:
Galangal is a plant that has a soapy, earthy citrus-like aroma. It is said to be an aphrodisiac, used in Thai cuisine and in herbal medicine.
