CH Carolina Herrera for women

Spicy and alluring, like CK euphoria. Wish it lasted longer on my skin. It gives me two good hours and then it's gone. I often mix it with Euphoria for a longer lasting scent.
Elegant and sexy.

I smelled this a couple of years ago on a friend of mine. She absolutely loved it. It was her signature fragrance. However, I really disliked it. It was this piercing spicy sour note that I thought disturbing. Reading the notes here, I assume it was the suede note. I don't know whether it was my friend's skin PH or how much she applied it on, but it was always very intrusive. It smelled heavy (not necesarilly because of the sillage) and not feminine. It was like "WHAAM!", there on your face all the time. It reminds me a bit of the effect ricci ricci (by Nina Ricci) has in me. Both bold and agressive fragrances. Not a fan at all.

Every once in a while, I get a whiff of this and realize the scent is coming from me. It has a sweetness but on me, it is buried under something screechy sharp - could be cedar with more woods?? After an hour, the scent turns into men's cologne. The body lotion is strong on this men's cologne note. About three years ago, I remember trying an edp or edt while waiting at the airport and loving it but never bought a bottle. Is this still found at department stores?

I often walk with this perfume train, and do not understand what women see in him, when a person wearing this perfume sits near me I smell wet torso only, nothing more.

My go-to sexy perfume and perhaps my signature one.
At first I can definetly smells cinnamon and woods, sausy and spicy, almost peppery. I can hardly ever detect the pralines and exotic fruits, which is good news for me, since I don't like too much sweet notes in my perfume. May be others sense them, though. Citruses weave their threads throught the whole aromatic tapestry, making it very fresh and add a slight edge of bitterness. The patchouli complements with its velvety softness, underlining the perfume's seductive nature. The rose plus the jasmine softens the composition, making it somewhat tamer and more feminine. The overall sent is complex and multi-layered, but retains a mysterious quality, totally lifts mood and boosts confidence, always. It's bold, warm, alluring, but in a very classy yet modern way and never too much in your face, may be except for the beginning, but as the scent enfolds, it becomes softer and never weaker in impression.
Very good lasting power and if I put on a little more than necessery fills the whole office room.

Seriously long lasting. When I tried this, it smelled like red berries and a touch of vanilla. I guess from the fruit note and praline. The woods emerge after about half an hour. I like but don't love it. Wanted more from it after reading the reviews here. Nice though

OOh this perfume, and all the CH line smells like fungus to me, dusty and wet, the kind of fungus that grow in wet places, i don't like it at all. it make my nose itch, i don't find it pleasant

I recently went out on a shopping spree and got myself a 100ml bottle of this (fantastic) perfume. This has been my mom's signature scent for quite some time now, so I had the chance to try it on several times before actually buying it. I don't know if it's just me, but I felt a guy could easily get away with this one, and now that I have it, I think I was right. There's something about it, I guess it's the woods and the spices, maybe? I'm not sure, but it works great on me. The thing opens with a sharp, chemical-esque citrus note (not very pleasant), but after a while it turns into this kind of spicy-sweet-peppery frag that I find oh-so sexy. It has decent longevity and projects very well. It won't turn heads, but people around will definitely notice it.

A lot of strong and completely different notes. Something doesn't settle down in this fragrance. There's a strangeness that I can't explain and I really don't know if I like it or not.
Well, it's really strange, but I think I kind like it and this feeling is growing what doesn't make much sense to me.

What's the meaning of it?
Kinda that joke about women: when a woman says no, in fact she's saying yes.
I have the same impression of this perfume: what am I supposed to think about it? I really don't know if it's good or not, if I like it or don't.

Update: Like I said before, this feeling is growing and I'm liking more and more each day this strange beauty.

I am hooked.... Never did I imagine I would find such a balmy, ozonic-aquatic and woodsy perfume. I spritzed it on and my mind went back to early Spring days , walking in the mountain with that smell of rain and ozone in the fresh air. I was greeted with a deliciously clean fruity-floral blast that was ever so unique. Love at first sniff my friends. I do not feel it as being gourmand in any way but that dry cocoa note sure fits in beautifully with the pralines. Spicy and leathery, it soothes and comforts me while the casmerish and cedarwood drydown fills me with zest for life. Oh Red!!!! thank you sooooo much! You have helped me discover a gem I would have overlooked if not for you! I am in Heaven. I know no one who wears this fabulously natural scent around me. So, this is MY baby, lol. Someone below said it had a skin scent: I find that too. It merges with my skin so beautifully and evolves constantly. Now the fruit have mellowed down and the Rose and Pralines smell almost sweet under that spicy note. Strong scent but so fresh and ozonic, it is not overwhelming and tremendous staying power! My sister and my mother wear this perfume and i always thought this smells like dirt, but when i sprayed it on my skin the scent developed to more a sweet, but not a praline sweet one more discrete, and floral. I waited again and a masculine scent began to show up, slowly it transformed into a very masculine and woody scent with a lot of aquatic in it. It was very surprising when ,in the dry down, the sandalwood was there. Although is a unique scent this does not please me with all the mens cologne and wet dirt theme, it is really what people already said here, it fits very nicely into a rainy day, but not for me.

ps: i can`t feel any of tropical notes inside this perfume

I smell mostly pineapple, gourmandy muskiness, and cashmere woods.

I was trying to decide whether I liked this one or not. It seemed like a pretty ok perfume, but I wasn't connecting with it at all. I just couldn't wrap my mind around this Fragrance.

Strangely, although I've never smelled this fragrance on anyone before, an older woman came into my office wearing it this week and it was NOT pleasant AT ALL.

It reminded me of a messy crayon drawing, or a stale applesauce blend made out of tropical fruits and candy. You know that smell that toddlers and babies have when it's time for them to bathe? Kind of stale, sticky and sweet? That's what it reminded me of.

Now it could have been this womans chemistry messing things up, but her fragrant presence left too much of an impression on me so, I'm gonna have to give this one a thumbs down.

To me CH by Carolina Herrera smells like leg wax.
I'm all for hairless legs and other body parts and I go through the whole waxing thing as often as necessary, but going around smelling like an element of torture is not something that I would call appealing. Every time I smell this perfume on somebody I involuntarily flinch. It's some sort of pavlovian response to the smell that makes me brace myself for the pain.

I love this one so much. I don't understand all the negative reviews, because everytime I smell it in my bottle, I just love everything about it. I discovered it at Bloomingdales and have had it for more than two years. It's great for day and night all year round in my opinion and every time I sprayed it on myself I truly enjoy the scent and feel like a sexy, fun, sweet and mysterious woman. I've thought of it as my signature scent but when I realized I hardly ever get complimented on it, I ventured out to try a lot of other perfumes. I have a ton of samples in my drawer and have bought a few only to return them all. Then I go back and smell my bottle of CH and can't help but smile. I live in manhattan but deeply miss the earth and mountains so maybe that's why I really connect to the woodiness of it. And the mix of everything else is wonderful to me. I like that it's not too sugary sweet like flower bomb or anything of that nature. I just love it.

Too woody for me. I've been wanting to try this one for a long time and I was sure I'd like it, but I don't care for it. All I can smell is the wood. I guess woody perfumes are not my cup of tea after all.

I've been looking for something for ages: a soft, musky, woody, creamy, earthy, sweet "your skin, but way way better" and it turned out to be this perfume. I simply love the thing that noone around me uses or knows about this one, so it can be dedicated to me. Now I just need to get at a big bottle of it.
CH is a typical mood-creating scent. It's the essence of being an elite school preppy, falling for soccer players in their adorable Ralph Lauren and Hilfiger sweaters. The ad presents this kinda mood entirely. This perfume smells like Kids by MGMT. It's for watching an american football match in a pub with peanuts and popcorn, drinking hot chocolate. For refined, full of life people with vibrating personalities. Or for Sunday morning sleepyheads. For the "Seize the day!", for the "I don't give a damn!", for the "Every day a little pleasure!" people. For those who like unreasonable indulgence and tend to find delight in every day's every minute.
CH is effortlessly unique. I feel lucky I had the priviledge of coming across with it.

Do you expect another linear copycat?? No way here. Unique and complex fragrance which fills up the room and lasts quite long. When I 1st tried I didn´t know the notes but first what came to my mind was fruity chocolate. I wasn´t far.. Pralines which are warm and comforting but filled up with prominent sweet fruit and hint of citrus. In some moments I can smell cinammon. Fortunately patchouli doesn´t annoy me in this (normally I can´t stand it) It reminds with its complex about PR One Million for men. I don´t say it´s the same but somehow it has something common. The scent is warm good for cold temps but yet is little fresh because of the fruit and citruses. If it matches your chemistry succes guaranteed. When I left the store some people turning to me because the scent is unusual, lively as the woman who wear it. Attention seeker! Recommend! And the bottle = 1!!!!

For me it didn't worked, the scent was pretty good at first, i could scent the bergamote and a little of jasmin and tropical fruits but then it didn't stayed in the skin much more than 1 hour... not so strong as it seens in the beginning. yet very good. I think the problem is my skin that is too white and doesn't catches the final notes...

I find this scent unidimensional and cloying. As for that, reminds me of Eternity Moment, quite a bit better though. It is much more lemony, but the praline and the tropical fruits give it a heavy sticky feel.

I had a small spritzer of this one and tried it on. It was too strong on my first spray, and some minutes after, the people around me were saying that I was wearing a man's perfume but I find it really pleasant.

Another great fragrance that blends sweet and fresh with warm and spicy notes. I get this fresh/cinnamon scent that is just too good to describe! A truly girly, sexy and sophisticated scent at the same time.

I personally don't find it a casual fragrance and would use it for going out. I also think it's better worn in wintertime but good for summer evenings as well.

I rated almost every note listed above as noticeable, none as intensive or very intensive since they all seem to be really well blended. I love this perfume, it does not shout for atention, yet it´s delicious and has a good sillage. It´s a very feminine fragrance, sweet but not in that cupcake way. Imo good for any season, day and evening. The fruity notes provide freshness as much as woods make it warm. A perfect one.

It smells very sweet at first, but then it changes to grass, bush. It smells like forest to me.

The most noticeable notes in this fragrance are the citrusy notes beautified with the Bulgarian rose note, mixed with the tasty praline note and based on the warm amber note.

This perfume is very yummy! I really like it:) Only the lasting power is far from great.

This is so great, it's wonderful to find a sophisticated scent that has fruity notes. Tropical fruits and praline is all I really smell distinctly, but there is a softening suede note in the dry-down. Delicious, but not too young, with great staying power and sillage.This is going on my want list!

Yuk. What happened? The opening is light, sweet, warm, ethereal. I smell orchid and vanilla in the opening. 15 minutes later, this turns into a sour mens cologne. There is no depth or warmth to it. A little too light on the patchouli and woods. Is not a real oriental at all. More of a fruity floral which is okay, except I hate the dry down. I really wanted this to work out. It reminds me very much of a lighter Euphoria, a not so sweet flowerbomb, and a not so strong M by Mariah Carey. I think those were all formulated by Olivier Cresp, not sure if his had is in this one too. Okay after the mens cologne phase two hours later it turned into something just a little deeper and sweeter but with no real character and no real substance. Someone said it is lean. Yup, you could easily layer this with something like Angel, Dior Addict etcetra. It feels almost too light on its own, as though it is missing some vital ingredient. I only tested this once on my skin and will try again with updates if necessary.

I have tried this one after reading all positive feedback on the EdT once and liked it. Later I bought it in an action for 20 euros for 50ml bottle and because I still have With Love which suits winter feeling more IMHO, I kept it in the cupboard for later use. Today I woke up and felt like to start something new so I unpacked it, sprayed a bit back at 9AM as usual - on neck behind ears and into hair and I love it all day long. Now it is well after 7PM, and I still get positive reaction on my scent. I think I found my jackpot perfume :)

I'm surprised to see so many positive reviews because its sickening for me. I was confused with the really stylish bottle and the top note which is mostly my favorite bergamot. But then it turns stifling and ugh!

I really like this fragrance especially for fall-winter season. It makes me feel like wrapped in a thick and spicy-chocolate woolen scarf! One of my favourites in rainy windy days :)

When I smelled it from the bottle or paper I was in love because of some bitter note but on my skin it turns into something very sweet which gives me flashbacks from the time I had Euphoria... Hmm not bad at all I do like it but not gonna purchase it again, didn't become my favorite

I really surprised that others had described CH as fresh, floral.. on my skin it's sweet, musky, leathery, overall a warm scent. I wouldnt describe it as fresh.

My friend (who has this perfume) told me that the perfume seller said that this is a scent emanating from "lao pan" or rich people/ladies *grin*

I smelled this perfume...It's great rely and it's lovely but it is not long lasting..about one hour..That's bad isn't it??? :(

Have wanted this fragrance ever since I realised its notes contain Praline. Through a series of events, i discovered that the same scent i loved so much in Paco's Black XS, came through in the dry down of Britney's Believe. Praline.

This scent being a woman's fragrance certainly doesn't faze me and certainly does not stop me. For me, it's about how it makes me smell. The thoughts and memories connected to it.

I bought a 30ml (1FL OZ) today. I haven't sprayed it on me, but smelled from the spritzer, and i could smell earth. I fell even more in love with this scent.

when i went to store for buying gucci rush,the salesman recommend this perfume very much and i bought it.
first times it smelled very floral to me, i had regret. but then, my thoughts totally changed.i liked it sooo muchh...
the only problem about this fragrance is edt.
i wish it was edp.because it isnt long lasting...

is approximately 6 hours to me. I tried it this morning and is a good choice for the ages around 30 or slightly smaller!

A awesome citrus-fruity fragrance with hints of woods and spices. Patchouli make it quickly dry and earthy. Quite complex fragrance which I really enjoyed

Yum is this ever good stuff! I love the cinnamon/praline in this. It lasts forever and smells divine! I think this would be great in the fall/winter. If you like a woody perfume this is the one for you!!!

The first time I tried this scent, I like it... immediately .
A girl walked next to me and asked about the "male scent" on me. I was really surprised another woman found this strong enough for assuming it was a "male cologne".
For me is sweet, kind of woody and long lasting. My 2nd bottle now, and I think I will continue buying.

It smells like leather..

This didn't work for me, and I really wanted to like this as the bottle is adorable. I hate to give this a negative review since I'm sure it works for some people and others don't. It smelled similar to some of the Angel flankers. However this one was rather flat and didn't develop much on my skin no projecting it dried down to almost a man's cologne. Staying power was not great it was really close to the skin though! Would recommend you try before you buy!

It is not what I would expect from the notes listed. It is very well balanced, not too sweet, not too spicy, definitely not too fruity. It is rather a soft, delicate floral. I really like the opening. There is something in the top notes along the lines of bellini (or maybe champagne?). I can't quite put a finger on it but I can smell the same thing in Fancy Love and Luscious Pink. It is lovely! Unfortunately this perfume seems to disappear on me within a couple of hours. Other than that, I think it's great.

A very sophisticated and elegant smell. On me it spells confident. Sweet with a hint of fruity smell. so agree to what femmeasis had said. I am in love with the perfume.

Yummie, indulgent, mood lifter!
I´ve bought the regular Ch (red), 3 years ago and I liked it very much, the amalfi lemon has a peculiar scent to it that is quite bittersweet and mixed up with cinnamon and praline. OMG that praline, simply launches me to the sweetooth moments of childhood!!
Now, the suede touch gives this juice the right ammount of seriousness, not too much. Ends up beeing casual enough for daily use but sexy enough to be used on a conquerish date....
About the pink version, CH Garden party, Is quite lovely also, I just bought it two weeks ago, the pink leather and golden charms of the bottle got my eye straight and asked the sales person for a test...
I can now say, no hesitation, This one is the new fave amongst the CH pair.

It keeps the amalfi sweet n´sour hint, adds a bit of airy pink rose petals, and sweet spices, and even tough it is not pointed here, this formula preserves my sooo loved , intoxicating praline. the suede and patchouli are missed now so it´s not longer a Floriental, but a fruity floral with subtle oriental trails. This fume suites more my scented dreams... Hope it´s not a Limited edition, that would be just terrible!!!

Compré el Ch regular (rojo) hace 3 años y me gustó mucho.El limón Amalfi tiene un aroma peculiar algo dulceamargo y mezclado con la canela y el praliné..Oh mi Dios! ese praliné simplemente me transporta a los momentos golosos de mi infancia!!!
Ahora bien, la nota de gamuza le da a este elíxir la justa cantidad de seriedad; no demasiada.
termina siendo suficientemente casual para el uso diario pero suficientemente sexy para usarlo en una cita de conquista...
Acerca de la versión rosa CH Garden Party, es bastante adorable también, la compre como hace dos semanas; el cuero rosa y los dijes dorados de la botella captaron mi atención e inmediatamente le pedí al vendedor que me dejara probarlo...
Puedo ahora decir, sin lugar a dudas que este es mi nuevo favorito entre el par CH.

Mantiene la estela dulceamarga del limón Amalfi, añade un poco de pétalos de rosa rosada aireados y especias dulces y a pesar de no estar señalado aquí, garden party mantiene mi tan adorado; entoxicante, praliné.
La gamuza y el Patchoulí ya no están aquí por esto no es más un floriental sino un floral- frutal con sutiles estelas orientales.este perfume encaja mejor con mis sueños perfumados...
Espero y no sea una edición limitada pues sería terrible!

i knew 212 sexy before CH so when i smelled this one i could easily recognise that they are relatives. 212 sexy is cottoncandy-like and hot while CH is more elegant and i can tell it's RED only by smelling it. i think the models are very well-chose, the girl in the pinkish dress in the hotel room is the soul of 212 sexy and the dark brown haired girl with the red dress (who reminds me of Blair from GG) makes the impression of CH's smell.
i find CH more suitable for me & my taste, it's more casual and at the same time more unique

I just love this scent! At first I get fruits, citrus and something tropical. It`s fresh and sweet, but not fruity-floral kind of way. More like praline sweet, still not too gourmand.
I can smell jasmine and cinnamon, which adds lovely spiciness to the mix.
Dry down is soft, sweet and warm. Beautiful, delicious and sexy in classy way.

I don`t think this is very similar to 212 sexy (which I have also). Both are warm and sweet but this is much more fruity/fresh and 212 sexy more peppery and sugary.
And I can`t smell serious similarities with BS Believe either. Both are fruity at the beginning and praline-like sweet at the end, but that`s about it for me.

CH is a wearable-sexy-sweet-"evergreen" fragrance!

This i what a signature perfume would smell like if you are a teenager, working lady, Mom, college cheerleader, you name it! It's a likable smell but leaving an impression...so original!

YOWZAH! This bottle of juice is simply gorgeous! It opens with a bang of fruits and a pungent burst of lemons, bergamot and pomelos. In this phase it smells strikingly similar to Calvin Klein's Euphoria and Kat Von D's Sinner. The opening is similar, but once the heart emerges, this perfume quickly transforms to a scent all of its own. It goes through this rather powdery, spicy, sexual phase. Jasmine rubs against orange flowers who then rub against cinnamon. Then the cinnamon is sprinkled on the rose and then the rose takes a bite out of the praline. From there this sinfully sweet concoction takes on a warm, musky woodsy drydown as it settles into your skin for a nice long nap. I love CH by Carolina Herrera. It reminds me of 212 Sexy, except 212 Sexy has pink pepper and CH has cinnamon. I'm really digging the whole sexy vibe of the fragrance as well. A nice smooth bottle wrapped in tight red leather. Absolutely YUMMY!

Rouu gave me a sample of this gorgeous scent. Its a soft and warm smell that make me feel so comfortable. I love the sweetnes from the praline and cinnamon. Going too get me a bottle

I used it several times and I really love this one. I can smell some pine apple in the top notes that gives it a bit freshness and melon for the fruitiness but then it blends in the scent I really love. warm, soft and spicy with the Rose,Cinnamon and the woodsy notes.

This perfume gets better every time I use it.

I write CH but You read YUMMY.Yes really YUMMY.It is fresh scent with warmth in it and You can feel Vitality and Pleasure.It gives seeming the wearer and i think CH is one of the best product to come from CAROLINA HERRERA.

Modern,Crisp,Creamy,Complex,Fruity,Romantic and Subtle.At the begining when you close your eyes fresh blast your nose with Citrusy notes.The heart brings notes makes it ROMANTIC definitely with Rose and Jasmine.The base is Warm and Soft.

Overall CH is a Great Choice for you are looking for a fragrance when You walk pass a group you want see heads turn!It is Nice for any season but i recommend it in a SPRING EVENING for a Blithe and Romantic character.Enjoyable scent indeed.

i fell in love with the bottle at first sight, so i bought the bottle without smelling it..

the scent is kinda like bvlgari's jasmine noir, which i have and don't adore that much. i guess it's because of the woody scent that's very dominant, and unlike jasmine noir, the woody scent lingers.

the scent is very sophisticated and very feminine at the same time.

i think this would be perfect for the night time, while on a date or on heavy flirting mode (lol) as the scent just sets the mood.

I am so curious about this one!! The notes seem quite interesting ! Never tried it though!

This scent is not `big discover of the year` but has such a pretty coposent as rose, cinnamon and praline - who can resist? i don't.
This perfume is for quick falling in love, you can't stop smelling it and like it (i even smell coconut which i adore althrough it's not mentioned in description). CH has something you can call `charm`, even if it's rather teenage-fluffy-candy kind of loveliness.
I like its warmth, softy sweetness and girly style.
Perfect smell of youthness.

This fragrance it is right up my alley and I loved it at first sniff. It opens bright, juicy, citrusy and sweet. The cinnamon is also a perfectly blended addition. CH is totally feminine and simply lovely. If it weren't for the price I'd probably already have a bottle. But when the price is finally right CH you will be mine!! BWAA HA HA HA!! LOL! XD

Femenine, deliscious, the bottle is so cute! Perfect for spring summer, I used to think that Carolina Herrera perfumes didnt appeal me, but this one does, i love smelling this.

This a gourmand floral, dont be turned off because its classified as oriental, it smells like a veil of praline, rose and vanilla.

I think this is timeless, any woman can wear this this is so long lasting. Plus Love the ads, so classy.

I felt myself Goddess while wearing this perfume, my man felt either =)

when i saw the bottle , covered in red with that CH necklace i've expected somthing warm ,woody, and sweet ,it was exactly the same as i expected !

very warm, but not very sweet ,it worked perfectly on my skin ,just got my bottle 3 days ago and i fall in luve ,perfection. It combines all of my favorite elements.. pretty,warm,sweet,tender, and it milt on my skin in a very delicious way
it will be one of my favorite fragrances .

It smells like a more citrusy version of nina ricci,in the apple bottle. not oriental at all.

I was very surpised!.... not in a good way. I don't like my fragrances to smell like each other, it's not unique enough.

This fragrance is by no means offensive - it's sweet, girly, and young, but I wouldn't say sophisticated.

I don't get the cinnamon at all; however, it does smell distinctly "pink".

Blah! Over-marketed cinnamon bomb. I find it weird. It only smells like itself so someone who likes to stand out might like it.

this one very strong and sharp citrus openning and gradually turns to somthing sweet and become gothic and dusty dry down ...and I have a chance to test STELLA IN TWO PEONY and both are very alike ...very curious

IT STARTS SO FRESH AND CRISPY AND BECOMES SWEET AND ROSY!
VERY COMFORTABLE AND SEXY PERFUME!
IT STARTS WITH GRAPEFRUIT, WATER NOTES AND TROPICAL FRUITS,THEN THE ROSE AND THE PRALINE MAKE THEIR ENTRANCE AND THEN CEDAR, MUSK ANS SUEDE APPEAR.
IT IS VERY FEMININE, LONG LASTING BUT NOT OVERPOWERING.
LAST BUT NOT LEAST IT IS A VERY "DEEP" SCENT.
A SURPISE FROM CH WHOSE PERFUMES I ALWAYS FOUND VERY "COMMON".

I have it,and i think it's a nice,feminine,soft and sweet parfume... the lasting power is disappointing... I dont find it special in any way,not for evening wear:P

This is really classy and womanly. Not girly, not "old-lady", just womanly! It really smells like the deep red color of the bottle, very seductive, but not vulgar or tacky. One of those unique, well-blended scents you might wanna have around, even if it's not your style. It will suit beautifully an evening party, a sophisticated dinner at a good restaurant, or a flirtatious date.

The thing is, for me it will never suit any of the situations above... After a couple of hours, when it looses a little bit of its juiciness and settles into a more of a floral scent, it starts giving me a teeny tiny nasty little headache... ARGH!

Too bad. =/

I love the smell contrary to the "for older women perfume" comments here. The scent, bottle design and ads screams classy! I really love the ad with a lady half-undressed of her red gown with CH perfumes all over that looked like roses around her, very sophisticated in my opinion.

Wasn't love at first snif, but this one has become one of my favorite. Floral, citric, woodsy with a wonderful praline note (not too sweet but very warm) all at the same time.

Even though it's appropiate for older woman, cause is a rather rich, strong and classy fragance, young women should step out the floral fruty confort zone and give it a try too (I'm on my 20's and love it :p)

I will tell you exactly what it smells like it's an almost identical copy of the Paco Rabanne which I have. I am kind of surprised to see that 2 perfumes from different brands smell so identical, but I like the Paco Rabanne Black XS way better.

I'd describe this as a grown-up, polished version of Viva la Juicy. It leaves the same red berry and patchouli impression, but without those horrible hard edges and screechy sweet notes found in Viva la Juicy. Like Glitteralex said, "it's actually quite lean despite the cinnamon, wood, leather and the praline". In fact, I think it's probably why this succeeds and Viva la Juicy fails. It's smells synthetic and perfumey, but it's still pleasant. It brings to mind a woman who blowdries her hair and wears heels and makeup more often than I do. Nothing wrong with that, it's just not who I am. It's my sister's signature fragrance and she receives compliments on it all the time. I would not wear it myself, but I don't mind being next to someone who does. The red-themed ads are very fitting as this brings to mind that same exact color.

It suffocates me at the beginning!!! a strong harsh dusty smell may be due to the melon !!!! but after a while the real concept of the fragrances appears... it turns to a more fiminie smell with noticable rose-cinnamon note. it is too strong for my taste indeed.i would give it 6/10 ....

i´ve actually received complements for this perfume.
personally, i don´t think it has enough personality for me to buy it. it reminds me of calvin klein euphoria, except CH is a little bit lighter. if i was to choose between the two i would pick euphoria.
i like CH enough to use up my sample of it, though.

my sister give it to me as souvenir,and i just can say its realy sexy....;D buy that and enjoy that....

It has a really nice smell, I love it and the most lovely thing about it is that you can use the red leather around the bottle as the bangle, braclet, I's remmovable, so check it out girls

I have little good to say about this scent. First, the components smell primarily synthetic. It is a lean scent, despite the supposed round notes of cinnamon, praline, woods, & leather. Second, it may be the choice of notes rather than the way they are combined, that dooms this perfume. A Citrus Floral Leather Gourmand? The citrus/pepper top reminds me of industrial cleaner, and the pomelo clashes horribly with the praline. The floral heart lies muddled and unnoticed. Once the top notes have blown off, the bearable drydown is mostly woodsy praline. I get no leather whatsoever. Despite all this olfactory action, CH lacks dynamism and manages to be boring as well as inferior. That's a blessing in this case.

Oh my! I love it!

This is really white and red at the same time. CH is so so retro what makes it extremely modern and even fast forward. It smells so familiar and unique at the same time. It's classic and brave. Two sides in one.

advice to any girl have a problem with her BF: "wear this perfume and go to meet him "

absolutely hate this one. of course it opens in a different way on different people. but still this scent makes me feel like i'm smelling DUST + VERY OLD DRIED APPLES.

not very original. for some strange reason, i find the smell really old. when it settled on my skin, it reminded me of an old, moldy chest being opened. strange. the bottle is really cute though ;>

i just got it from my boyfriend.. first time i smell it, the ressemblance with black xs which i already had was huge.. it's similar, but in a softer way.. i like it

I recently sampled this in a Spa in Mexico and I liked it. So I bought a travel set on Ebay.

But I have to say, after layering with the lotion, now I LOVE it. It is a really nice summer fragrance--love the melon with the floral. Even a little bit gourmand:)

Its a nice scent. Sweet, warm, and comforting! To me it smells just like Britneys Believe! I prefer it over Juicys new Couture Couture! Thats for sure! I wouldnt mind smelling it everywhere!

I've tried this today and my first feeling was - oh my god I know this scent, it smells exactly like some fragrance I know! But I can't remember which one, maybe Amor Amor Cacharel...

if you are one of females who adore black XS for men,this is just like the feminine version of that fragrance.
the nice bottle took my eye and when I smelled it seemed really like black XS to me.warm,fruity and very sweet,like strawberry with the cream.
when some minutes passed I realized it's very similar to Miss Dior Cherry,the same creamy pop corn scent.but not as provocative nor long lasting as miss dior cherry.
categorizing it as a oriental floral fragrance is the last thing I may think about.to me it's very FRUITY,not floral fruity,but maybe chypre fruity.

I liked the ad for this fragrance, so when I saw it I smelled it from bottle and there was this strange note. I thought this fragrance was absolutely weird.
Now I tried it and discovered that among this weird note it's nice fragrance, interesting and strong.
On my skin this I think it's cinnamon with something is present and accompanied with sweet notes.

This perfum have many contradictions for me, first i buy and found it so heavy and strong, and my nose feel like a pepper, i didn´t liked (some times I´m going to buy perfums even like me so much)
Then i need smell it again and i like more, and more and more and more and now i love it, is fabulous, sexy, glamorous, chic, strong .
Give it a second chance.
