Aimez - Moi (for women)

One of the best Caron's especially because( and i can prove it) the old magical stuff is not yet availabe. Still the anisic part is somehow week in my nose. Unfortunately in the opening i get mostly bergamot, and later i consider it to be more of a rose scent, with a lemony tinge probably from magnolia. It's a perfect girly scent, not extremelly sweet or bland. As it dries an extra powder puff come with the entrance of iris and the soft (like a chiffon babydoll) berry-ish vanilla. Always close to gourmand, never edible, one intellectual fragrance!

It opens with this oddly beautiful minty note mixed with a hint of licorice, which may not sound great but smells fantastic. I get quite a bit of powdery iris and magnolia for quite a while after spraying this one and it is lovely because it is not too overpowering or sickeningly sweet. The perfume has a very subtle note in the drydown and is quite faint in the traces it leaves on the skin. I can detect soft hints of what must be heliotrope still mixed in with a subtle minty fragrance 8 hours after I applied it. Lovely and yet sexy. I completely agree with others who describe this scent as romantic.

Based in part upon Caron's legendary N'Aimez que Moi, Aimez Moi is, like its predecessor, an essay on roses and violets, but with a distinctive pinch of licorice. The resulting scent is a youthful floral with a breezier -- dare I say, happier -- demeanor than N'Aimez que Moi, but I find myself longing for the melancholy gravitas of the original nonetheless.

Wow, thats pretty! Soft and floral. Loveing this. This is really getting my attention and doesn't remind me of anything else I have ever smelled. This is romantic and would be perfect to wear on a first date. A walk through the park, dinner for two, this needs attention and need to be showed off, If your wearing this please leave the house and let others smell you, this is Devine..

No matter when I wear this perfume I am complitmented or asked what I am wearing. Male or female this is loved by everyone - it is very sexy and yet soft enough to wear day or evening.
