Declaration Cologne by Cartier is a Citrus Aromatic fragrance for men. Declaration Cologne was launched in 2010. The nose behind this fragrance is Mathilde Laurent. Top notes are bergamot, orange, mandarin orange and spices; middle notes are jasmine, ginger, cardamom and coriander; base notes are vetiver and virginia cedar.

Declaration cologne is a very subtle and elegant spring/summer fragrance. It starts out very fresh and citrusy with a bit of pepper and a warm earthy note on the background. On the dry down the fragrance gets more earthy but with a fresh and pleasant lemon and ginger note. Declaration Cologne does not smell too usual or ordinary, it stands out from the crowd of fresh scents. The longevity is acceptable.

Cartier's Déclaration Cologne is a novel twist of ginger on the stereotypical and classic cologne invented by Farina in the late 18th century that is a light, citrus day fragrance.
I have gone through three bottles of this by now. It is very likeable and a good no-brainer that is suitable for any occasion. The zesty interplay of citrus fruits and ginger, however, only lasts for a couple of hours on the skin. It can definitely be reapplied during the day according to personal taste.
The fourth bottle is coming my way next spring for sure!
I just recieved this today. I was little bit suprised because it smells like ginger. It was very clean, light and sharp. After half an hour I smell lemon and later it's like nice soap :) I think it's very nice frag.
This is a pleasant citrus scent that will stand out in the summer but it can be used in colder weathers too.
Cartier really have done well here, they did not over complicate things but stuck to essentials and used the best ingredients. This is a safe bet.
melhor colonia que ja senti.semelhante a dior sport é verdade,mas achei mais elegante,nao fixa tanto,em torno de 5 hrs talvez,mas é otimo,suave,projeção razoavel,quem se aproxima de voce sente a fragancia.muito bom mesmo,ja estou tentando um para mim usar no verão carioca.
I always get compliments. This is a summer frag. Can wear all year but little light in cold weather. Smells like fresh lemon grass.....
