I have it: 40 I had it: 6 I want it: 28
Charriol Eau de Toilette was introduced in 2008, just like the eponymous eau de parfum. This fragrance with fruity-floral character includes the following aromas: bergamot, passionfruit, carambola, freesia, jasmine, date fruit, Teak wood, vetiver and musk. The perfume was created by Philippe Bousseton, as a sophisticated fragrant radiance of ultimate luxury, combined of gold and gems. Its flacon is striking, circle-shaped, framed in Charriol's characteristic motive of spiral steel cable, with a relief in transparent glass. The fragrance is available as 30ml, 50ml and 100ml (1, 1.7 and 3.4 oz)edt.

i really like the smell.
This is a strange little number, in that you think you are getting a floral fruity fragrance and therefore it is going to be quite girly. Not to my nose. The fruits are not sweet, they are very fresh almost sharp, mix in the vetiver, teak wood and musks and the result is quite unisex. In fact I'm fairly certain I have smelt something similar to this on a few men out there. Thumbs up for not being too predictable, and great for summer. Also the purple sparkly ring comes off and can be worn, looks good too!
I first bought Charriol EDP winter of 2009. My signature fragrance to welcome 2010.What attracts me the most when I first tested it were the subtle notes of musk and those traces of delicate oriental flowers... there's definitely something oriental in it.. Its not an over powering perfume , it lasts for five to six hours and the drydown is very sophisticated. Its your little bottle of sexiness even if you are just wearing a plain, white shirt.
a very pleasent perfume that takes you to the garden of flower and fruits. The thing that I'm wondering I can smell mango juice here but I can't see it in the upper notes.?
I loved Charriol EDP, but it turns out it has nothing in common with EDT. Those are completely different fragrances and it is a little confusing. The EDT version is not bad, it is fresh and clean, but it just reminds me shampoo or shower gel too much. I sniff my wrist and feel like I just got out of the shower. I would love to have this aroma of freshness and bath bubbles in my apartment, I could wear it in the comfort of my house, but I definitely don't see Charriol EDT to be an evening fragrance.
P.S. The drydown reminds me Chloe.
The scent is quiet lovely, something you'd smell from a very confident and mature woman in an evening gown watching an opera. If you take a liking to this perfume, make sure you don't put too much lest you end with a headache. Lovely drydown.
i like this one. i gave charriol a try in a store & i liked it. i like to actually get a smell of this being used by women. it has a very romantic scent.
I was surprised: there are no notes like EDP. But I smell a lot of fruits and mild flowers, warm summer, sunny day... romantic parfum.
