Please hold me back or I will eat this. I don't know about you, but I cook a lot, and i've often made Flan as a dessert after a mexican dinner. Flan is a custard of egg and a delicious burnt sugar layer. To me this scent smells just like warm flan, unique and a bit burned (smoky) but still edible. The spices listed as notes are only detectable in the drydown. Spritz on a brown cashmere sweater for a walk in the fall!
