Chloe Eau de Parfum (for women)
Designer: Chloe Olfactive Group: Oriental FloralJust like all Chloe's bold, arty and free-spirited designs, the fragrance is feminine in a rather non-traditional, not all-out-girly way. Its accords expertly play against each other and they seduce the audience by being both elegant and daring at the same time.
The fragrance is very versatile, it is intended for everyday use and is more than suitable for becoming someone's unique signature scent. Chloe edp was launched in 2008. The noses behind this fragrance are Amandine Marie and Michel Almairac.
Chloe Eau de Parfum Fragrance Reviews:
add reviewIt's a perfect blend of flowers since I cannot clearly identify any of them in this wonderful bouquet.
Chloé is soft and inviting. Not too heavy for the summer, not too light for winter time. And the bottle...I adore :)
This perfumes reminds me of a perfected version of Fleur d'Interdit (Givenchy), a scent I use to like in the 90's.

I started with a blind buy because it was just launched in the department store and the sales girl was kinda pushing me and I was like okey, I'll get it so just be quiet and let me shop(I usually don't feel comfortable if someone was there keep on telling you things while what u want is just some moment for yourself to feel the perfume).
After I got home I felt terrible when smelling the scent from the test card. It appealed really awful to me. It somehow gave me the feeling of chilled and kinda rotten longans just taken out from the fridge. So I just used the perfume as a air fresher(when I was leaving home bcuz I didn't want to smell the rotten longans scent when i was in and didn't want to waste the juice)hahah silly me...
However, it is miracle! The second time I came back home I felt something incrediblely interesting: something light, fresh, with a little bit sweetness but not the sugary type. It is warm but somehow lonely, as if only itself can understand its uniqueness. It's nice and easy on things, but definetely not a push-over, there's something intriguring, elegant, and proud inside the juice.and since then I've felt in love with Chloe.
Whenever I can't figuer out what to wear or really bored with one scent, I turn to Chloe. It saves me.:-)Such a multi-faced great perfume, anyway, it works for me.

Chloe is a light, clean, pretty and feminine floral scent which is not offensive nor extremely unique. For the price tag it was dissapointing that this fragrance smelt like so many other cheaper fragrances.
I had actually first tried this fragrance earlier in 2008, when my perfume obsession had only just begun. At the time I thought this fragrance was divine, but after 12 months of writing reviews and smelling other fragrances, Chloe no longer appeals to me.
I believe that your own personality will determine whether or not you like this fragrance. If you're a little like me and enjoy intense, unique and sexy fragrances which help you stand out in a crowd, then this fragrance may not be for you. However, if subtle, clean and pretty scents are your thing then this fragrance could be your next big winner.

Its staying powers are very good.
I have to say it was all honey on my skin.
I want this one!!

I agree with : "The fragrance is very versatile, it is intended for everyday use and is more than suitable for becoming someone's unique signature scent." - but it won't be mine, at least not for the moment.

Look at perfumes as individual expressions of art.
We are not buying secondhand tires here...
When one buys a perfume .... its about buying olfactory art that appeals to them without the price tag being waved in front of the audience. Actually we are purchasing front row seats into a refined sensory experience, a live theater that is invisible but reflects its own orchestration as music does.
Try not to degrade perfumes into a price category..., People who look too much at price are looking to place it as a commodity. It a luxury importance.
Perfume doesn't really reflects a status, fortunately you can't wear the bottle on your head so nobody knows how much you paid for it.
THINK ABOUT THIS: If you pay front line seats to go to a concert of a musician you really like to listen to, you will usually pay the same you paid for a bottle of elegant perfume you personally like. The only thing here is that you can go to that wonderful orchestration of olfactory music for a least six months everyday..., No crisis for perfume..
EVERY PERFUME IS PRECIOUS TO ITS OWNER.

That being said after having it on for the past hour it's giving me a bit of a headache. It really didn't strike me as an overpowering fragrance at first but it just isn't working for me.
To me this fragrance embodies the modern woman; clean, sophisticated, pretty and feminine. The bottle is lovely too.

It's very comforting.

My opinion is probably different to most people's (because I used to dislike it so much). To me it is overwhelmingly strong and has an individualistic, sassy personality. It is intoxicating and bordering on the sickly sweet. The dominant scents are "rose" and "honey" - not a combination you would usually smell together (I guess that's what makes it so individualistic). It is ATTRACTIVE: will make heads turn - at least that's what I think.
Still deciding whether I want to get it or not. It's becoming one of those scents that, whenever you're on the train or escalator somebody's wearing it. But I like it - it's bold, attractive and somewhat unique.

by the way, i agree that it resembles stella, but i prefer this one...i think it's a bit more elegant :)

Then the composition expanded with rose. Such an innocent smell.
After while there's something sweet in between. That's it- the peony is dominant for me with s sweeter hint of lily of the valley. When I after sniffed Cerruti 1881, it definitely shares it's character.
However it has something soapy in it or something shampoo-like. One moment after spraying one day there was something like car liquid smell, which luckily faded away fast. it lasted all day long, definitely for 12 hours it was on me, I could notice it.
I cached a whiff from another person today and wasn't impressed. Too common and gentle from other side.
I'm still thinking- I would want it, but not immediately- I think it smells kinda 'silky'.

It's subtle and descreet, very romantic, but not in a girlie sort of way. It's an elegant, grown up scent.
The flowers are creamy and silky, they have light, non chemical smell, and are suprisingly long lasting.
And Chloe is definitely not as innocent as it may seem, under the flowers, when you take a very close sniff, there's some hidden scent of female flesh.

I love the smell of this when it dries down I could easily sniff this all night
