X for Women Clive Christian for women

Makes a statement without saying a word.Intoxicating,spicy,brash,and unforgiving.I prefer a more subtle seduction.I only wore this once to a cocktail party,a woman followed to the lobby,to ask what I was wearing?After hearing Clive Christians X,she commented to her friend,(That`s the fragrance that whore wore who stole my husband!)Needless to say,I never wore it again.

I have a tiny bottle of X. I must admit I'm just not a fan. Maybe I need to give it more time. BTW... marketing CC as the most expensive perfume in the world is not new... years ago Joy was marketed very successfully that way...

I deeply sigh - it seems that I cannot get on with Clive Christian's perfumes :((

This is the second I have tried and it goes no-where on me! It opens with a blast that is not dissimilar to cucumber and it just goes no where on my wrist from this point! After reading the reviews here I was waiting for something magical to happen - but alas it didn't! It disappeared fairly fast as well - I had nothing to compare it with at all....!!!

I think this maybe my chemistry rather than I have been given a duff bottle! It's a shame because I was genuinely hoping for better things and uniqueness on my skin! Oh well, c'est la vie!

I have been wearing this divine perfume for 9 years. It was expensive to start with and sadly I refuse to pay a 50% increase in price to todays cost. Have tried Gucci Rush which is a little similar but it does not have all the layers of X, also the bottle is so unattractive. I now need to find a new perfume but once you have loved X it is a very difficult task.

I brought this a few years ago and wear it my most special occasions- it is very much a sexual scent that is multi facet. I love it!!

It smells just like Gucci Rush to me. I really don't get how this scent is supposed to be sexy or have an aphrodisiac in it. I don't really like the smell that much and my husband hated it. Most definitely not worth what it costs.

Very similar to Gucci Rush, but much softer. Lovely.

I have smelled this before in an exclusive perfume boutique. Gosh, it smelled so clasically british. First sniffed...it smelled so strong. But let it lingers for a while, mid notes begin to spread a nice flowery aroma. After 2 hours, when it getting lighter, it smells sweet and a bit fruitty. This perfume is rare in my country, I mean this brand. When I smelled it in Lane Crawford Hong Kong, I wonder why it called one of the most exclusive and most expensive perfume brand ever.....

For me it's wonderful Smell of Perfume and well blended i really like it.. its Expensive but its worth it!
I've been using this perfume for 3 years but never get tired of it.

I scored a sample at a department store then later learned the SA's aren't supposed to provide decants of the Clive Christians due to the outrageous cost. This is one of my all time favorites. The bergamot tempers the fruity top notes and makes them smooth and rich though still potent - similar to Gucci Rush. After 30 minutes it dries down and I mostly smell jasmine, musk and sweet vetiver though this is superbly blended. Love it!
