Male Mage D’Orient perfume, together with the female Eau de Naphe, follows the trendy Orient theme. Mage D’Orient could be translated as “Wiseman from East”. The perfume is exotic woody with fruity accords and floral but masculine heart, seeing that flowers are regular ingredient in Arabian male fragrances. Being as it is, right after a citrus – coconut introduction, the heart richly flourishes with jasmine and orange blossom, along with sea notes of algae. The base consists of sandalwood, vetiver, cedar, coconut, Tonka bean, amber and vanilla. It was created in 2007.

"Mage d'Orient" has three distinct stages on my skin: it opens heavy on the fruity notes and I can most of the fruits listed above. It's citrus with the lemon, sweet with the pineapple and litchi, and tropical with the coconut. Actually, the coconut is the main star of this fragrance.
Then "Mage d'Orient" becomes a little bit floral, mixing the star coconut with jasmine and orange blossom. At its final moment, we have the traditional CSP's vanilla base with some vetiver and cedar. Oh, and have I mentioned the coconut again?
I wouldn't say this is a feminine fragrance. It's more on the masculine side, but who am I to say something? I have and use "Princesse Muskat"! lol
"Mage d'Orient" has great staying power on me and has a really nice tropical sillage.

This is for men! It's quite sexy, I would classify it as woody aqutic (or actually aquatic woody). I love it!

i think this is womens perfumme,but users classified it as mens scent.i find MAGE D' ORIENT in womans and unisex version. i think both of them are the same product but seller named its gender in self opinion.(if i was seller, i had named its gender in women.in that way its easy to sell.women are easy buyer.)

There may be a mistake with the listed gender of this one. I can only find this fragrance in a woman's version.
