This fragrance was made more than 100 years ago for British lords and ladies, with a theme of Balmoral Castle in Scotland. It captures the countryside scents.

the heart of lavender is toped by citruses and bergamot, laid on a base of vanilla, sandalwood and spicy notes.

A mon nez, ça ressemble à Royal Water mais avec de la lavande. Quelques notes qui ressemblent aussi à English Fern de Penhaligon's dans les notes de tête, mais qui ne durent que quelques secondes à peine. Je préfère cette merveilleuse senteur à Royal Water car j'adore la lavande! Senteur de propre linge frais et du printemps fleuri à l'été frais et ensoleillé.
Très bien dans une température chaude et même fraiche. Je consacrerais cette merveille olfactive exclusivement pour le jour. Du Royal Water en mieux car de la lavande...

Seul bémol, ça ressemble plus à une eau de toilette qu'une eau de parfum; légère avec un sillage modéré et une longévité très moyenne.

Excellent quand même. J'aime beaucoup!
