Cuba Prestige by Cuba Paris is a fragrance for men.
Definitely an Amen flanker. It's lovely though, well blended and a LOT less expensive than Amen. Prestige is a little sweeter and heavier but close to Amen. It also manages to be quite fresh in the drydown. Longevity and sillage are on a par with Amen. If you like Amen...get this, it's surprisingly very good indeed.
Who needs Angel Amen when they have this for a quarter the price.

For the ladies....I just discovered that if you layer Perfumers Workshop TEA ROSE with Cuba prestige you get a gorgeous combination. I also own the EDP of Rose Absolute by Yves Rocher and it reminds me a little of it ( on myself anyway.) Although, where the Rose Absolute is a bit airier and tart, the combo of Tea Rose and Prestige is a darker, duskier more caramel rose.
Just had to share because I just love my Tea Rose and I really enjoy this little CUBA treasure as well....who knew?!
Yum! This is sticky sweet and slightly green yet light enough to not be cloying. There are no notes listed here but what comes to mind is incense, burnt caramel, vanilla, coffee, green grass and vetiver....there's an overall warm-sweet-creaminess. It starts off sweet enough that it's hard to believe it's a guy's scent but as it dries down, it becomes a bit smokier, greener and earthy making it easily unisex. I really like this....it's a CHEAP,( yes...bottle is campy!) really good smelling scent that's not fruity or flowery but more foody and earthy. Lasting power is ok to good. Projection is ok........it was only $8 for a 3.4oz bottle though so I'll respritz if needed and not feel too guilty.
To answer FRLS16, this is NOT the same as CUBA Gold....I have that too and it's very different. It's sweet as well but smells like pipe tobacco and Patchouli. Prestige doesn't smell like tobacco to me and I don't detect any patchouli either. It's alright but I like Prestige better.
Definitely give this one a try!
Wow, surprisingly good!
is this the same as the cuba gold?
This is like snacking upon jackfruit in the midst of a tropical night adventure... I know it would be considered by most as a 'winter" fragrance because of its heaviness, but isn't that myopic, temperate-region vantage-point of the fashion-world inappropriate when traveling elsewhere? This frag will take you places...
