Sacred and profane, Wild Fig is the perfume of ancients gods. Bergamot, cassis bud and petitgrain are at the top of the composition, followed by lily-of-the-valley, fir and peach. Atlas cedar, oakmoss, galbanum and tonka form the base.
It is available as 30 ml EDP.
The nose behind this fragrance is Dawn Spencer Hurwitz.

I’m not sure why everyone who makes “fig” perfumes goes for dried figs instead of fresh ones. Maybe they’ve never smelled the real thing. Wild Fig is nice, but it’s the super-sweet, honeyed, waxy, creamy smell of dried figs, through and through, not the light green, nectar-like scent of the ones that I pick from my backyard tree. Except for the fact that the figs are the ones that come out of a plastic package at the supermarket, I have no complaints about this perfume. It’s sweet and foody and a little flowery, very natural smelling, with moderate lasting power. It’s one of the many scents that I like, but would not go out of my way to obtain more of when my sample is used up, if it ever is.
